Where are they? I'm sure they (LE) know where everybody is, I hope.

Why go through the ruse of going to the house, with the forensic stuff, if they know the house is empty? They didn't enter. I have to believe they know where everyone is.

I’m not sure where my thought could lead, but here goes:
Did NG take the uber to AG house because her car was being used by someone in that house? Was she driven home by “ family” in her own car? Did she drive herself home ?

warrant to whom? the house is empty

As I understand it, LE can only enter a home with permission of the owner, OR they have to have a warrant granting them judicial permission to enter. To get a warrant, LE has to demonstrate probable cause that the search will lead to evidence of a crime- to a Judge. If the Judge agrees they have probable cause, the Judge will issue the Warrant. LE then has to serve the warrant on the Owner and then can enter and search. I'm sure LE knows where Folks are if they need to serve a warrant for a particular property. Just my opinion Folks on how this works. (further clarification - in exigent circumstances, in order to preserve life and/or property, LE is allowed to enter without permission or warrant, in order to save life and limb, preserve public order, protect property, etc.)

My late MIL kept her only cell/mobile phone in her car, to be used for emergencies. I don't think it was ever used. But it made her feel very modern and uptodate!

Spitballing here, but if you followed the Gabby Petito case, the perpetrator in that case was allowed to slip away because law enforcement confused him for his mom. Sometimes, the professionals just aren't that great at their jobs. *shrugs*
