Our ring camera setup is connected to a flood light outside of our garage. If it senses motion it turns on and records. LE may know the time the garage door opened and shut when NG returned home because she had a similar setup. If that flood light was smashed later they would not have info that the door was again opened later that night or early morning. Her car could have left and returned after the flood light was disabled.

So sorry to ask a question that may have already be answered.

So we are looking at a force coming at NG on the porch while she was already bleeding. And she could have been standing or lying on the ground?

Or maybe she coughed or sneezed meaning no blow on the porch?

But she could have been injured in the house and then injured again on the porch?
Where on the body would the blood have been coming from?

Another poster stated that there was sputum mixed with Nancy's blood on the porch. If that is indeed the case then that is probably blood coming from her nose/mouth area.

Anyone's guess is as good as mine at this point because we don't have specifics yet.

Blood from a cough or sneeze can mimic Projected/Impact spatter.

NG goes to dinner and game night in uber so spider sees her leave

Gets dropped home by SIL into a spider lair at a prearranged time

NG is bundled into van and has a bleed in the process . Watch and phone placed there ,she never went into the house ,she was taken at the door and everything else was like a staging of a scene

As another poster states this is not about the bitcoin for the orchestrator, its about the inheritance, the bitcoin is payment for whoever is holding her

It seems things are headed ion another direction so the ransom may just be a distraction not even related

But, let's assume there really are no suspects and all they have is this ransom note. If I were a position financially to pay the 7m without affecting my kids education etc - I believe that - Yes I would pay it.

I dont know SG's financial situation but 7m imo is like a house in the Hamptons. So if paying the 7m gives me peace of mind that I did everything possible - I'd do it.

I agree they appear to be passive blood drops as she stood at the front door area bleeding. There is what appears to me to be a projected/impact spatter to the right of the mat - meaning a force coming in to contact with an already actively bleeding source. Although, it is possible that it could be aspirated blood from a couch or sneeze while actively bleeding. Hopefully LE tested that area to determine if there was air/mucus mixed in with the blood. Poor Nancy.

and the age.... it could have happened at another time competely unrelated.

I sure hope that NG is returned soon and and kidnappers in custody. If this would ever go to a trial (doubtful) I think the LE work would not hold up well in court. Will leave it at that. Just hope today is the day they find Nancy alive.

Ironically, the movie (Fargo) was just on a few nights ago. DH found it while scrolling with his third arm, aka the remote. It’s a creepy/ funny classic of a movie. However it does NOT end well for the kidnappers or perpetrator of the crime. Sorry if spoiling plot for some.

I like AB ok, and she is sticking to her story on Meghan Kelly. So she really thinks it’s either TC or someone close to him.
Also, I thought Trump talking about Circle K, Teslas, checking videos for a car they are looking for, was interesting. Plus Yesterday Trump said the investigators are very close.

it is very ominous that the second message did not contain any proof of life. If they are going to the trouble and risk of sending a message they might as well have included some proof or evidence that she is alive (this could be something as simple as a fact or statement that only she would know).

IIRC -her watch synced up to her pacemaker and her phone was in her car - those are the things I read but there is so much contradictory info out there - as there always is early on .
Apple watches can have their own cellular plan separate from the phone, so they do not always have to be in close proximity to the phone. I have no idea if her watch had a searate plan

I have been wondering about that. Usually I would think they can not only match the blood to NG but how old is it? From the description of her medical condition and photos (one with bandaid and one with SG and NG in blue top and her left arm in all bruised...a clear sign that she bleeds easily. It could be from another time and just not gotten it cleaned up yet given she mostly uses garage door?

If Mrs. Guthrie had not turned up missing maybe but under the circumstances the blood appears to be evidence.

I think the family is wise to not touch the property even after release. For example not cleaning the blood, or staying in the home or even the guest house, not gathering there for any reason, until there is some resolution, imo.

If the blood was from a previous incident considering her home appears to be well kept I think it would have been cleaned up pretty quickly by either Mrs Guthrie, if we are to believe she’s fully able of taking care of her tasks, a house keeper, or her daughter who I presume would have been told I had a bloody spell on the front porch I got it stopped but it’s a mess out there.

The front door is used as evidenced by the package.

Also neighbors or friends stopping by she wouldn’t want blood and lots of it out there since she seemed tidy.

I am realizing that many aren’t as involved with their moms like me; we’ve always hung out a lot.

So maybe the routine was the partner drops her off late in the deep dark night and is on his way without a second thought as many seem to think that not unusual.

It may be they are just not that close or involved in her life or don’t want to start any time consuming habits of assistance.

I have a Ring Floodlight camera as well as doorbell camera. Mine is above the garage. LE has never confirmed if the "floodlight" they are talking about is a camera or just a motion detecting floodlight. Before I got the Ring cameras, I had a motion detecting floodlight that turned on when someone was in the driveway or walking up to the porch. LE did confirm Nancy had a Google nest doorbell cam and "ADT" but didn't elaborate on the specifics of the latter. ADT is an alarm system, but they also offer inside and outside cameras and partner with Google Nest that can connect with the alarm system
