New images in the search for Nancy Guthrie: Over the last eight days, the FBI and Pima County Sheriff’s Department have been working closely with our private sector partners to continue to recover any images or video footage from Nancy Guthrie’s home that may have been lost, corrupted, or inaccessible due to a variety of factors - including the removal of recording devices. The video was recovered from residual data located in backend systems. Working with our partners - as of this morning, law enforcement has uncovered these previously inaccessible new images showing an armed individual appearing to have tampered with the camera at Nancy Guthrie's front door the morning of her disappearance. i'm trying to think back to the timeline of the Tepe case.....i could be wrong but it seems to me that LE most likely had MM on their radar when they released the video of the POI walking in the alley. it wasn't long after releasing it that he was arrested

IMO I don't see how it changes anything along that narrative.

Fits a burglary MO, but can be anything. Still can account for 2 separate crimes (initial crime + unrelated ransom scam) Remember the alternate narrative to a kidnapping also ends with the body being removed.

Kidnapping by default. And removed the 84 year old mother of a celebrity with means from her home. Makes more sense than any alternative to me.

When I joined WS a decade or so ago, Daily Mail was generally disallowed, if I recall. Then a decision was made to allow the DM because (IIRC) they so often get scoops on photos from crime/case scenes. MOO
