I typically won't ask questions without reading comments first...but it's moving so quickly here.
Is anyone familiar with cosplay? Is this costume familiar to any characters? I'll ask my gamer teenage son but it looks like a cheap costume to me.
My opinion only and thought I'd ask...the more brains working on this the better

Sadly agree. ^^^

He'd have to know the exact location of the cameras as they were disabled/SD cards removed, and also that Nancy was being driven home after the dinner and game night.
Plus a random perp wouldn't have spent time in the house, as it doesn't look like a robbery.
Was the kidnapper looking for her will ?
Maybe Nancy was planning to change it and someone(s) disagreed.

How would this potential suspect know when dinner and the game was over and she was being driven home ?
One would think there'd be contact on the possible perp's and the mastermind's phones.
If the sheriff or the fbi would come out and say the family is cleared, people could focus on outside perps, there must be some reason they're not doing this ?
Omo.
I also thought that the suspect could have followed her home (the car she was driven home in) from AG's house, could be why LE wanted footage on the path between those 2 places....

I think this is likely the most helpful image to someone who is intimately familiar with this person.

One thing is now absolutely clear: this case will be solved, and rather quickly.
Hopefully agreed !
It would've been nice if they'd released this sooner, when Nancy was potentially alive ?
Unless someone took her meds with them, it's doubtful. 😢
Imo.

NBC speculating the perp may have slept outdoors, camped, and that is why the backpack is full.

Not my opinion.

OK a lil sus
is the dude wearing eyeliner?
I totally understand that question. I was very puzzled and finally decided it was someone with dark eyelashes.;

the "outfit" appears to be what a wannabe professional would think an actual professional would wear. Someone may be able to identify their family member or friend's clothing from this footage. MOO

I think the moustache (and little goatee?) are fake.

Post are coming in fast, so I have no idea if anyone has discussed the firearm/holster combo. Looks odd to me. Appears to be the butt of a semiautomatic handgun, but in a holster one would more commonly associate with a revolver. Especially a single action revolver. Note how the holster is rounded at the end (muzzle) and is closed. Note the profile of the holster. The wide, rounded opening ( where the trigger guard of a revolver would be, and the longer shank for the barrell. An exception to this if for semiautomatic like a ruger 22 auto. A holster for that might look similar. The placement of the firearm in the holster does not look correct for that type holster. I shoot alt of guns and that set up looks odd. I’m going to chat got that holster to see if I can find one like it

And the way he’s wearing the holster is bananas. I agree he’s not a pro.
I'm hoping that somebody will recognize this distinctive gun / holster. It's very different. Glad Florida Marlin knows gun and is going to see if he can find something like this. Definitely looks odd.

I wonder if he came through the front door and took her out that way too. She had an injury then and bled a bit. Then he would've had to get her in a vehicle of some sort. Maybe she walked a little under threat. But the perp would've had to make sure she was quiet. I guess cover the mouth or threaten severely or both.

If she was killed in the house, God help her, perp would've had to carry or drag her.

There must be a vehicle nearby.

YIKES !!!
Are those are glasses with a colored frame on top? Explains why people said it was a female, and also the glare from the lenses

Agreed. Appears to me to be a person with some experience and forethought/planning and yet still amateurish in many ways (thankfully) at the same time. Sort of a cocky, wannabe personality type. MOO
I agree. I think the person planned it out but not super smooth about it.

I hate it. This is ugly.

Would a recent surgery, possibly in the knee, cause that?
Not necessarily surgical, IMO, because it doesn’t appear that there is a limp or one leg more dominant than the other, just a quirk I noticed.

in the last video shared by FBI, it was before all the other ones. He approaches the front door with his head down, as if he knew it was there or at least spotted it pretty quickly. IMO
It looked to me like he was looking for the step so he didn’t trip it over it. That’s why the flashlight is briefly switched on. Remember this would have been in the pitch black.

For me, it is a data point that helps rule out the SIL.

The SIL would have known about the door camera and come prepared for it. It's obvious from the video that the actual perp noticed the camera as he approached the door and then had to freelance a response to it.
Unless an act

With these eyes and body movements from the video, somebody knows this person!
