I was around the corner from Annie Guthrie's house on the main road earlier today and just so happened to see a group of investigators walk into a business. I went inside and they were asking an employee for a copy of surveillance video from an outdoor camera between Jan 31st at 9:30 pm and Feb 1st at 11:30 am.

and....that took a week to ask for surveillance video from a business around the corner from AG's house? Weren't they also looking for a white van right by there? Isn't this basic detective work 101? Hopefully cameras have not already overwritten.

I think this is actually super helpful in moving away from the theory that NG was taken from a different location/before returning home (which was my theory). I thought the blood was "sprinkled" there to stage an abduction, but if there's more down the path, then it seems MORE likely that she was taken out the front door. Still a possibility of staging, but less now IMO given that and the photos/video released

He seems to list to one side. When I first noticed it I thought he was trying to avoid being on the camera, but then I noticed it again when he was walking to the door and the down to get the brush/flowers.

I think it’s the gun situation. It’s affecting his gait.

Agreed. I did hear a retired FBI profiler profile perp in Nancy’s case as being a male in his 20s. That may have been before the ransom notes came in. I’ll try to find a link.

Edited to add: I couldn’t find a link. I believe it was in interview with a female profiler. But it was a few days ago, so I don’t put much weight into it.

Quoting my own post. Looks like this profiler I referenced could be right. I wish I’d been able to find a link to give her credit, if in fact, this is a male in his twenties. I sure hope these images leads to a quick resolution. While certainly helpful, it’s heartbreaking thinking of the family having to look at these terrifying images.

What caught my attention in the FBI flyer is the mention of contacting an American embassy or consulate.

Is there any suspicion from the FBI that the suspect could be a foreign national?

I can't link the photo, but now that I look at the "bandmates" again - the eyes of the one to the right (NOT the one with the burglary charge who we have speculated on before) actually does somewhat match the shape/size of the released photos.

Specifically the large, almond elongated shape, coloring, and almost upturned position with visible eyelid (as opposed to the other bandmate, who's eyes are more hooded eyelids, downturned and I didn't think matched the released photos).

I have a weird obsession with eye shape as I've gotten an upper bleph ha.
