Is the news station that owns the helicopter overhead reporting anything?

  • #19,202
It seems like they are looking everywhere in the AG neighborhood and walking through the bushes.

Agreed. The person also looks around first at an area that appears to be gravel and then spots the flowers and goes over to them. Doesn’t seem like someone who knows the entryway as well as a close family member.
I would think that robber or kidnapper might take a look at the exterior of the house prior to committing the crime.

Looks like the news helicopter has left the area

I apologize if this was already covered but I have not seen anyone carry a gun quite like that. I would expect concealed or on the side. Any gun enthusiasts think a certain type of person wears their gun like that? Almost makes me think this isn't a seasoned gun person. Thoughts?

I would never carry a gun in that way.
I've concealed carried with no holster ALMOST center, but to put a holster there is truly odd, IMO There's so much about that holster/gun/position that is SO off it really is...I don't know any other way to say it than it looks inexperienced & sorta hodge hodge thrown together. JMO

One thing to note about that helicopter. LE will absolutely use news helicopters for their cameras. Not saying this is the case here, but odd competing stations arent up in the air as well. Media helos have the best cameras and could be used by LE in this case to search
Watching YouTube and one of the reporters at the scene said that the stations in the area "share" a helicopter.

Why use the front door in the first place? Makes no sense.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… they just aren’t very smart (or I’m projecting my feelings onto them hehe).

I have a degree in criminology and something that really stood out to my among my classes was the emphasis that while movies paint the bad guys as super intelligent, evil masterminds, the average criminal actually has average (if not below average) intelligence levels.

it drives me a bit batty. i mean, i know there's a lot of info to sort through - almost 1000 pages!!! and not everyone has been checking periodically throughout the day since this thread started like i have (people have more important responsibilities than i do 😅) but most of this information is compiled on various news sites where you can get caught up before asking a question that clogs the thread.

and, anyway, there's enough good and thoughtful discussion among the crazy that i can't leave.
I completely agree with you. I don’t think I will return after this case though. There’s just wayyy too much non sense, unfortunately.

POWER PLAYS: FBI agents canvassed the area near Annie Guthrie’s home in Tucson, Arizona, on Tuesday, prior to two SWAT armored vehicles departing the Pima County Sheriff’s Office parking lot. Two sources tell Fox News Digital the SWAT rollout is related to the Nancy Guthrie case, though it remains unclear where the vehicles went.

Looks like he has a roll of duct tape on his left wrist under his jacket sleeve . But uses flowers? 🤷‍♀️
He was saving the duct tape for something else?

I'm very sorry if this was mentioned, I'm doing my best to read/catch up but I have not found when LE/FBI received these photo's, anyone know how long they had them or if they just received them?
He appears to be pretty calm, pulling brush, calmly walking to the door etc. IMO
It hasn’t been confirmed.

If it takes an entire team of Google engineers a week to retrieve video, I’m more than ok with that.
And the attention of the president of the United States.

Catching up from last night! Does anyone have the source of where it was said they're taking DNA of workers? I just am not seeing that online.

Re: the dark skies policies in parts of Arizona, I've only been once, to Flagstaff, but man it did freak me out. Walking around a semi busy place at night with hardly any lights, kind of creepy. And going by homes in neighborhoods that were all dark outside. I could see how more crime could be

I wonder if Nancy went outside to let her cat out/or back in, and that’s when the perp entered?
If you let a cat out here it would get eaten.

Yeah starlink in a backpack makes zero sense
Feels like a certain someone ridiculously inserting certain products into the biggest news for publicity.

Bbm.
It'd be nice to know how near to AG's house they are ?
Imo.
I believe they’re in a cul-de-sac directly behind AG‘s house.
