neither the devers case or the delphi case had footage of this quality. their footage quality was really terrible, not basically an up close shot of the face.

that said, with his disguise, it will probably take someone who knows him fairly well to reach out to the police. and who knows if they'll be willing to do that depending on the type of company he keeps...
Yeah. This one makes me hopeful versus cases like Missy Bevers, Liz Barraza, Scott Ratigan etc. because we actually have clear footage of his eyes and mouth. And very clear footage of his build, versus grainier footage.

Someone must recognize him and I’m sure there must be something relevant in the outpouring of tips they got today… especially knowing that they think he lives in Tucson.

.... .... .... .... ....
IF the perp did leave behind dna (taking samples from hired help suggests he did). I wonder what the source is. The person in the cctv footage seems quite well covered. I would’ve been surprised if Nancy put up a fight given her mobility issues and the fact the perp has a gun. Did they leave behind something like BK?
I think he had a flashlight in his mouth. It's possible he put dna on his hand when he removed it.

In all fairness, what idiot orders a pizza to a potential crime scene. IMO
Agreed, but when I saw him cover the camera with flowers I figured he might not be all there lol

Where did the $300 figure come from?
KGUN (Tucson ABC affiliate) is reporting the transaction was "less than $300". So to be fair I guess it could have been $5.

I wonder if NG was drugged at dinner. The perp doesn't seem to be too concerned about her being awake.

he grabs some kind of thread like a string of lights lower right edge of entry way pulls it into porch area to cover camera -they could be decorative flower shaped mini lights -anyhow not important but not flowers IMO
It’s a lantana plant…no lights.

Saliva that was placed onto his glove(s) from inserting and removing the flashlight from his mouth?

Right. But there are very basic packets of data being sent out all the time. “Are you there?” “Are you there?” inquires the pacemaker. If the receiver responds, “I’m here, I trust you, and you trust me,” then data can be sent.

All LE needs is the pacemaker’s advertising signal. Not saying the chances are high, but it’s possible.

And morbidly, it might still advertise after death, since it’s just a battery-powered device.
as @Fargo explained upthread, a pacemaker only communicates with its device once a day, usually during the night. So unless the fact of the last several communication attempts having failed changes that to some sort of frequent connection attempt, this wouldn't work unless the phone happened to drive past wherever she is JUST at the right moment for its daily attempt. (which from the initial data seems like it might be 2-2:30am in NG's case)

MOO

If indeed the perp held a small flashlight in his/her mouth, and then took it out with his/her hand, DNA in the form of saliva might have been transferred to anything else he/she touched.

Yes! I was just about to edit my post and theorise that some saliva might have been transferred from the torch to the gloves to a surface. Or similar.

Maybe someone with better legal knowledge than I have can provide an opinion on this:

Is there any world in which moving money into the btc wallet could be used in criminal charging against the perp? I.e. now they have received money as a part of this crime, rather than just asking for it? Not sure if this is a true distinction, and even if it is, how a cryptocurrency transaction interacts with the law. Just something that occurred to me....

Fox reporting less than $300 bucks in bitcoin wallet
May not be the same but I had a government contract where they do that in the initial setup. They put a tiny amount in and you have to respond so they know they have the right account before putting the actual amount.

What's in the backpack? Rope? restraints? Gags? zipties?? Laser gun? Knives? This was a kidnaping from the get-go. IMO Just strengthens my belief this was a sickio admirer of SG who wanted attention or someone with a huge grudge against the family. JMO Also, IMO ransom was real.
Tarp? It's possible NG was given something at dinner to make sure she slept soundly Saturday night.

$300 put into the bitcoin wallet.
Just a bit ago, according to two TV channels.
Kidnappers might be insulted by $300 and take their anger out on NG.

Backpack looks like that of what a school kid would wear- like maybe highschooler. No one takes the time to remove a doorbell camera unless it was to coverup an earlier crime in which time was not of essence. So many other entry points to the house. This case is bizarre and sadly, I don't think NG died at her home nor was removed from home against her will. I think she died 1/31/26...after the last know proof of life which is with Uber driver who simply dropped her off. No concrete proof revealed to public that NG returned home. NG had bedtime routine, so unless there's proof of her routine and that she went to bed, I think her death was on 1/31/26. I think it was a financially driven.

So... intruder footage is... in your opinion ??

Am guessing you think decoy, planting to create alternate story...

Less than $300 is so specific, I wonder if it's a fun amount.
