I'm guessing botched abduction, one or more people grabbed her intending on extorting her family for money but she died before they were able to put out a ransom?
I'm not sure there is enough information to conclude that, you may end up being correct.

But that's like throwing a dart at a dart board and saying see I told you

I just can’t imagine living to be 84 only to lose your life in such a senseless way. I know it’s highly unlikely but I’m still hoping against all odds that NG is okay. Going to be a long night!
100% this.

I've been through cancer and TBH, the specter of it is always in my peripheral vision - but to think that some selfish beast took her life at any age, but especially in her 80s, just incenses me. Both of my parents made it to 80. My in-laws made it to 84 and 89. There's a lot that goes into getting old. Getting murdered senselessly shouldn't be part of the equation.

Added: GREAT NEWS — STS just reported that they have not found NG. She was not found in this house tonight.

OMO: I’m still wondering if they might be expecting to find several bodies in the house. STS / News Nation reported earlier they believe the dogs brought in are cadaver dogs. The way it was reported, I had the impression there was a lot going on in this house — like horrific. MOO. MOO. MOO.
I'm not familiar with what or who STS is. Can you share a link? TIA.

Tarps shielding the car?! Someone's dead.
I can't think straight right now...
From what I've seen this may be where the person shot themself in the head

Yeah, y'all... go back and watch this video of the Range Rover throughout their live footage over the last 10-15 minutes. There's definitely something in there related to the investigation. Looking in it with flashlights and taking photos...

Live footage of FBI there now to examine it.

Just to clarify this wasn't a body. It was just some stuff they were looking through in the trunk!!!
They didn’t seem concerned with cameras filming them look through the trunk for quite a while though. Must have been something particularly sensitive to lead to the tarp.

Correct!

Prior to the tarp going up, there appeared to be a medium-sized plastic bin and misc items. It appeared they were looking through what was back there before closing the hatch.

Human remains in a container?

This sentence is driving me crazy. It sounds like the resident saw three people being detained but didn't see the fourth person shoot themselves in the head. But because it's one sentence, it's giving the impression all four people were part of the same event. I don't want to accuse media of sloppy reporting, but... :(

jmo.
I think one eyewitness account and poor choice of words in the report is just confusing things. Best we wait for an official update as there is no way to know until its confirmed or refuted

All I know, is now I'm ready to call MY local Senator and see what he can do about getting some Culver's near me. 🤣
they do have great food

Wasn’t he there (fairly nearby, within the perimeter) when the raid happened? I would think he’d have heard the gunshot if there was one.
Unless they had a suppressor/silencer. If Medical Examiner did, in fact, come out, someone is likely dead there. Either the guy who allegedly shot himself or Nancy. MOO.

I think way more people are involved in this than we previously imagined. I’m also somewhat surprised that such a nice car (Range Rover) and what seems to be a nice house are involved. I guess I expected something much different. Nothing about this makes sense. MOO
