In Brian Entin's latest video he discusses that the DNA that was found in Nancy Guthrie's home was not from anyone known to be associated with her.
We had previously heard that the DNA was not from her family, but it seems now they have tested various other people who were known to Nancy, e.g the pool guy, landscaper, the uber driver etc and they have been ruled out.
This could be pretty significant news -

As I was listening to the Pima Sheriff's scanners at approximately 11pm GMT last night I heard reports of a white "Chevy" van, calls for medical (that was cancelled soon after) and someone dead at the scene. This all happened very soon after the police units were scrambled and I'm not entirely sure if police were even on the scene at the time.

Sadly I didn't record it, and the chatter over the radios was, at times, hard to understand. Hopefully someone has the recording to corroborate

There will be a presser later today and the facts will be confirmed then.

Yeah, but that still doesn’t explain why the dealership has the listing up on their website. Every time I’ve bought a car before, the posting was taken down within 24 hours. I think the owner or someone on the staff was driving the car around, and they probably know someone who was involved.

Regardless I doubt this car was the one used for the crime. Probably a replacement and the other one has been dumped a long time ago.

This doesn't seem to be confirmed. No other major outlets have independently confirmed the death, and recent X posts do not mention it. It appears someone may have claimed to "see it" on a random YouTube livestream, then it became "heard it" was on a livestream. That journalist who reported it was talking to a lot of people, and reported what someone told her, but didn't appear to independently confirm. JMO.

Dolly was nowhere near the Culver's or SWAT team. He was much closer to where a pedestrian was unfortunately hit by a vehicle during the evening. I think the incidents may have become mixed up. So along with you I will wait for better confirmation.

I just wanna say that whoever figured out about the vehicle and the motor company is truly a genius.

I had a feeling the guy in the ski mask who was seen in the video may have been there to do “clean up” after an incident had already occurred. While we don’t know yet, it seems we are closer to getting answers…

But I don’t think this is as simple as some amateur breaking in and kidnapping her for ransom. Organised crime?

Instagram page for mg_motor_tucson. There’s a profile for person with initials ZJ who like basically every post. People saying they look like sketch or at least that’s what I have deduced in last few posts I’ve read. Not sure I agree but whatever

This is what I’ve been trying to find out. Whether Dolly was in a parking lot or at the Culvers when he came across what he did. I wasn’t watching the live
