There is no evidence of terrorism in this case.

Many came to escape the repressive regime in Iran.
If sent by the Iranian govt, they would come to "muck things up". You would see them in major population centers doing things like possibly infiltrating swayable target groups to get them to support the IR. Since they don't have Visas, I doubt that actual spying would be much of a success.

There is no evidence of terrorism here.

It is just one theory in a sea of other theories that have no evidence.

A motive could be to obtain the 4 or 6 million ransom in Bitcoin where the currency can easily be changed.

The first ransom note author is sophisticated and they have yet to track him.

Displacing one's deluded rage onto a proxy is not new or novel. Many serial killers' victims are representations of their mother/father/husband/wife or whomever, so I imagine the mother of a difficult to reach/access famous person might just do for a pathological type.

JMO.
Serial killers are a whole different breed, I highly doubt that’s what we have going on here. jmo

Question about getaway vehicle— We see the perp walk up to the front of the door to remove camera, but no vehicle is there. We know she was taken out the front door and the blood trail stops where we can assume she was put in a vehicle. This means the vehicle was parked elsewhere and then brought to the front of the house after doorbell camera was ripped off. I’m not sure how none of the surrounding neighbors have surveillance that shows a car during that time period. Based on the surveillance camera in front of her garage, I doubt the perp parked there.
And the perp was wearing that backpack fully tied. It's very difficult to drive like that and would take quite a bit of effort to get it off. However an electric motorbike with offroad capability would not

respectfully, do we actually know this? has it been confirmed?

moo
Her blood (dna confirmed) is at the front door and trails down the walkway then stops at the driveway.
The blood was not visible on the doorbell video at 1:47am, so it was blood after the fact.

I did a Google Maps “tour” of the community. If you’re a bad guy that is an ideal place to conduct business. The homes are away from the streets and so many shrubs and vegetation are blocking the view to the road. There are many egress points particularly if you know your way around and don’t have to use Google Maps or some other kind of navigation tool.

My guess however is that this person is not from those expensive homes in the immediate area. He most likely, to me, escaped through the main arteries surrounding NG’s neighborhood.

The source is Harvey Levin who said yesterday that his FBI source told him that the pictures/names being shown at the gun shops were people who had bought that holster.
bought a holster

as there are many almost exact brands with sales tracing back many years. IF they are going off the Walmart brand then it
s nothing more than a guesstimate based on the masked man having a Walmart exclusive backpack. There is zero way they can tell what holster that was based on the footage. Gun store owner interviewed explicitly said he ran names all purchases and the agent asked him "if they bought a gun" from them.

do you have a link to the exact phrasing or TMZ page where Mr. Levin stated this?

Being held, or can be located? jmo

There are some things the media and public don't need to know. does the sheriff have to announce something like this? If she is being held close to home, why not keep it to yourself and your deputies instead of announcing it to the world and the perp? or for example, announcing that there was no DNA match- why not let the perp or perps think that law enforcement is close to solving the case with DNA--- geez louise!!!

Is it possible polygraph tests are taking place at the sheriff’s department as we speak?

Rage displacement is not confined to just serial killers. Think of the old example of a man having a terrible day at work. When he comes home, he kicks the dog. JMO

I wondered why it was necessary for the Sheriff to do an interview with BBC. Instead of all these media interviews, why not have a press conference since there hasn't been one for a while.

Go catch up with Brian Entin's coverage of this case on YouTube. Then come back. He's the BEst.
