Finding the perp will lead to finding Nancy.

Only if the perp is willing to tell LE where NG is located. If she has expired it would be difficult to get a manslaughter/murder conviction if there is no body, thus the perp has no incentive to identify her location.
Unfortunately if she has passed she could be buried anywhere.

One thing that troubles me is yes, Nancy had help, but oftentimes landscapers and tradesmen hire day laborers who aren't on the books. LE may not have the complete picture of everyone who worked at the home.

Exactly. Which goes back to the "Elizabeth Smart" kidnapping. Her parents hired a random street person, Brian David Mitchell, who saw Elizabeth, and came back to kidnap her. Absolutely, no information about who he was, or where he came from. No way for LEO to even start to tie him to the case.

It's a different camera. Another camera, likely inside, sensed movement... that's all.

The wording/phraseology used in that article is VERY similar to Nancy Guthrie "Documentary" Are the Missing Pieces AG and TC by Crimes Unresolved on YT. Said doco is littered with errors, starting with muddling 2 separate Neighbor Ring videos of intruders...man walking backwards. Also states septic tank at TC+AG's house was searched, describing a search that occurred on NG's property. I can't recall others offhand, but it wasn't a reputable source and, imo, is sensationalism. It points finger at AG & TC along with band member, in a factual as opposed to speculative way, complete with iffy AI narration.

If this was the timeline that you keep seeing being published, it seems like you wouldn’t have needed to use AI to source it. That’s not meant as a slight to you personally, only as a slight on AI, which tends to get things wrong a lot of the time, through both conflating and “hallucinating” details, along with it not being very good at distinguishing established facts from opinions, theories and speculation.

Not to pile on, but the ibtimes.com website is just an aggregator, and I don’t find it credible. MOO. The article misspelled Tomasso’s name as “Tommaso”. It’s another small thing, but it demonstrates a complete lack of fact-checking or concern for accuracy.

Not to speculate whether this man is or is not a good POI, it it has been my theory all along that the Perp was a service provider to her residence.

It really is a wake up call that even with actual security video, and with widespread publicity of the video, and even with a reward, a criminal cannot necessarily be identified.

It’s maddening. I live in the same county that Missy Bevers was murdered in. It is possible LE has a clue, but not enough clues. If that makes sense.

The optimistic side of my brain is telling me they have some evidence--but they just need more evidence.

They may have already talked to the actual perp.
LE has had a vehicle they towed over 10 days ago. That is telling. JMO.
Do they still have it?
