He is posing a theory that it is someone that is a longtime stalker and could not get to SG so decided to go after Nancy. Might live in Tucson and seen the many shows where SG featured her mother. Easy to find address online. At first I discounted the theory but at t his point might explain the extreme silence of SG and family. People can be well intentioned, but when LE asks you to please stay away and you carry on anyway, I start to believe your intent is self serving.

Like when the predictable SAR team shows up with their flashy decals on their vehicles, expensive gear that’s not dirty because it’s not worn or used, and they reach out to families directly, then get in front of a news reporter and tell the camera they offered to help but LE said no. They become the focus because they just “want to help”. There’s a reason they don’t get call outs from LE. They are not a LE vetted or trusted group.

If LE wanted citizen volunteers, it would be organized with an agenda, team leads, driver’s license check ins, visible safety vests, and people being tasked based on their physical capabilities.

If there’s a missing neighborhood child immediately get people together out searching as quickly as you can.

This happens in many missing people cases, and it’s always frustrating to hear about.

I agree. If volunteers are searching culverts and drainage ditches, of course they're going to find gloves, clothes, bags, shoes and other assorted junk that's been dumped over the years. It doesn't mean it's relevant to Nancy's case. I also imagine in a state with high rates of gun ownership, LE doesn't want randoms nosing around people's homes. We already saw searchers ignoring the "stay off private property" directive when the two women were kicked out of Nancy's yard. That could turn ugly very quickly. MOO.

This time of year, lots of people like to leave windows and doors open (screens only) to get fresh air and it's possible that she felt safe enough doing that with sliding doors in her bedroom since they opened to a small walled in courtyard. That enclosed area might have made her feel safe enough not to lock the window/door.

yes that is the other option...just did not lock the back door. It seems common in the area.

Many media tents standing empty and clearly reporters are started to go back to their bases and keep an eye on the story from afar. If they are reporting basically just saying same stuff over and over and that nothing happening. This must be devastating for family unless LE is telling them things are happening and closing in.

I keep going back to the sliding door .. but he came to the porch via the other side of the house Did they even dust that door for prints? Can't tell from outside but they said they were inside the house 20 hours, that is a lot of time

The back door that looks like it goes into the garage did not look damaged.

The sliding glass door on the patio was not seen well enough to see damage though

Has Savannah's exhusband been considered? I think they always have to look at that. Resentment at her success? It was a divorce that was very tough on her but she came back stronger. Just a thought.

Has anybody provided a reasonable explanation for why porch guy would exit the house or not enter then open the front door from inside if he had already gained access or any accomplice had when removing the camera?

IMO there was someone else inside when Porch person came up to the front door - I don’t think he expected the working camera. Why did he think it wouldn’t be working I’ve wondered . There’s been suggestions of power cuts etc but again - solid information - No.

And I’m unclear about his role, mainly because of his backpack.

If Porch person was the Driver, you don't need to be taking a back pack on & off, especially if looking for a quick getaway,

I don’t know, I’ve no experience in trespassing, let alone burglary - but to me Porch person seemed quite calm, even when realising the camera was live. .. looking for plants to cover it was interesting to me. He could’ve just chucked his backpack on it !

The stalker has been mentioned many times by @Napoli here in the discussion and I do think it's an interesting concept. I wonder, if the person was stalking SG, would they be apt to unfollow her on their social media accounts after the fact? I have to listen to the rest of the video from BE, but I thought this was really interesting.

Also, the arrest of Richard Allen was unique in that it had to do with his being on file as having come forward to admit he was on the trails that day.

I'm not sure there is anything here that could have been missed and later be returned to.

My own fear is that the perp could be from Mexico and returned to his home there, without any real records on him here.

I have pondered this too! A person who lives in Mexico, crosses border daily for work in Tucson. Does construction or maintenance work. Sonora MX drivers license, no AZ/USA drivers license to track movements, check profile ( height 5’9” dark mustache), very common.

I don’t think Mexican divers licenses could be searched by FBI, completely different country.

Ryan Wedding case, yes,he was tracked into MX because both Mexico and US wanted to catch drug kingpin. They knew who they were looking for, here perp is unknown.

I wondered if MX border patrol could assist with licenses? But, it’s not an immigration issue, and that what border patrol does, so not sure.

Maybe, person crossed border to work, which is common along the MX/ USA border. No red flags for this person at border patrol. I would think a huge number of people cross border into AZ for work, so very hard to find one perp. 5’9” vague description.

They already looked at border video, looking for NG crossing into MX, didn’t see anything.
If NG was taken to Mexico ( I really don’t think so), she would have been under a blanket, not visible, anyway. Often, the US to MX border, they just wave you through. Still too risky, and not necessary, better to place her somewhere near the crime scene, within 5-10 miles max.

Thankful for the Madress buscadores group, Searching Mothers. So glad they are volunteering! We need more volunteer searchers, I wish I were there to help search. Find NG.

I think they hadn't expected to USE the front door, but then had to to take NG out of the house, either because she was unable to walk, too injured, or deceased. JMO THEY, meaning two

I wonder if the FBI has gone through SG's interviews and commentaries over the last year or two to see if anything stands out that may have angered someone or some group. She doesn't do many of these type things, so it shouldn't be too hard. I'm sure they've reviewed all the hate mail she receives. MOO.

The one conspiracy theory/big plan thing my brain latches onto is that Savannah was the first national tv reporter to interview and validate Epstein’s victims/survivors (2019, I believe five of them) and Nancy was taken one day after the last huge drop of those files. I do not think something related to that is the most likely cause here–just as an Occam’s Razor sort of thing. But some part of me thinks someone involved in that could want to make Savannah Guthrie suffer as they perceive she and others have made them suffer. Because the men who put themselves into those situations are nothing if not extraordinarily entitled.
