This is insane. I watched a report and not only was it said the photos were all from the same night, it actually said the FBI manipulated the line no backpack photo to emphasize his clothing. Geez, this is crazy

It's interesting that the photos were taken on different days. In his tweet, Kash Patel said that all the photos were taken on the morning that NG was kidnapped.

But them being taken on different days might explain the lack of shadows in one of them, (It also appears to be a thumbnail). I trust Brian Entin's sources.

Well, all this explains why the shoes have always looked different (IMO/JMO). UNLESS, this backpack-less photo was taken on January 31 (after dark) and that's why two dates come into it. Again, JMO/IMO.

But are we SURE it's the same guy? Occam's razor says it would be, but I'm petty sure Occam wouldn't have thought an 84 year old lady would be stalked over multiple days in a perfectly safe neighborhood. Yep, could be same guy, different shoes/backpack/etc, different days. For me, though, something isn't right to match in the non-backpack picture, but it could be that the image is of far worse quality or an angle issue.

but the 11 30 would be the 30th and then midnite hits and its the 31st .. I think this is what it is. He was there late Saturday nite, hiding. Not sure what time it got dark in Tuscon then, but its dark so would be after 11 for total dark??? I think he was hiding probably in the back, that is when he took out the floodlights ... but why did he not see the cam on top of the casita? If he cased in the daytime he would surely have looked around

Also don't forget that 2 days before she was kidnapped she had friends in for Mahong in her living room and someone the next day said the delivered her other stuff...never knew if she was home to accept it or they left it on porch. I always thought if they left stuff on the front porch that maybe she got excited and forgot to lock the doors back. I have done that numerous times at my front door because it's not often I get visitors

Agree. Weird. I don’t think the perp initially realized the Nest was a doorbell camera. Nest doorbell cameras are thin and a bit long, kinda looks like a regular doorbell assembly, as opposed to ring or blink that are a bit bulkier. I think they thought the light fixture above them was a camera, until they saw a light come in from the Nest. moo

all the article that mentioned the friend who took stuff to her was "they dropped off" certain things, I forget what items it was but it led me to believe they were birthday gifts. I think her birthday was the 27th???

Hers is a Nest camera, if that makes any difference.

It might, I just tested mine right now (brr 12degrees outside). I don't see mine from the edge of my garage cement pad, only when I move closer. And of course, I know I'm looking right at my doorbell camera, so if I didn't know it was there I would probably be glancing around as I approached my door. I don't have any info about the Nest, but I think they all are similar. JMO

IMO in the earlier pic the neckline on the jacket seems to sit lower than in the images we have of the perp smashing the cam.The fit of the jacket looks different, not as form fitting, hangs differently at the lower hemline and narrower in the hips and slimmer in the thighs. Also, black marks on shoes not visible in the other image but could be lighting.

I see what you are saying. The non backpack guy seems to be a little rounder in the middle and may be making the jacket fit different? Those do look like different shoes to me.

I think there is more involved in orders from someone

Because the sheriff is not talking, we don't know if someone else was already inside waiting for Nancy

And if someone else or others were down the back of the house, as there is no footage we have seen.

And asking for a friend , I SWEAR I saw other pictures the first day these were released, but I didn't bother to download because I thought I could do it later. But when I went back, those images I thought I had seen were gone. Does anyone else recall seeing other images back at the beginning?
