Saying it was very specific.
I don't see it on TMZ yet but a video is posted on their FB page.

Unfortunately, it looks like LE's going to have to deal with some hoax activity now that it's been put out all over the internet that she was "abducted."

A genuine ransom demand would not be sent to TMZ.

I'm sure the Sheriff will choose his words more judiciously moving forward.
I think he as much as said so in his presser today.

They may have thought she was on the property and were just trying to figure out what happened and make sure they had information. Time flies fast when you are in shock and have an emergency. Jmo

how many family members are there? look, people don't just drag an old lady out of the house for fun and games..it would be so rare, even for an SK, and honestly if it was a SK , this is a rare victim type. I mean it has happened, but elderly women are rarely SK victims.
I'm not going to rule out a psycho who wants something out of this , but at the same time I feel the family needs a hard look..does anyone stand to profit from this situation? is there a family member with some issues around money?
I feel like she's nearby. I hope they are looking into this SO with the kidnap for ransom prior. Could she be on his property? He has to know he would be immediately looked into.

has she had any probs with her domestic help? let anyone go? refuse a loan? contractor dispute? had she turned down any offers for her home?

does Savannah have any stalkers?

I think he’s had a meeting with some expert on how to handle the media. He came off as caring more about getting through the press conference and getting an A from his consultant than actually caring about what he was saying…which was nothing.
It seemed more of an appearance or even a performance than a press conference.
It was worthless but the important thing is finding NG.

His using this event to bring up the lack of support he has gotten from the "board" and then trying to walk it back today is really so amateur. He does not inspire any confidence and I think the family might say the same.

If you follow Savannah at all on Today it is common knowledge that she and her mother are very close.. I doubt any potential kidnappers were totally aware of her walking issues and she appears an easy target.

hadn't NG pretty recently been on the show and would've been showing using a cane? not sure, i can't find any clips but i thought i had seen it somewhere

I put in an earlier post that an elderly person's skin is very thin. Nancy had bruising on her arm in one pic. My 92 year old mother had bruises like that and the skin was so thin the bruising would bleed. She would find blood on her sheets (upper part) at times. Also, even the slightest bump on the bruised area would cause it to bleed. Is it blood on the sheets you are referring to?

I was just meaning I disagree that blood would be the only concerning DNA.

At least when I’ve gone, getting into Mexico is pretty easy. Mexican agents look at our passport cards and let us go. They do a cursory check of the car. Coming back is a lot more thorough. Where it gets dicey is the checkpoints near the border. If you get caught up in one of those it can take several hours. It’s certainly possible that someone took her to Mexico, but I can’t figure out why - ransom is just as easy in the States, Savannah is famous but not really on the cartel radar unless we’re missing something, and NG wasn’t young enough to concoct a marriage/new life scam.

I'm thinking more if they were trying to cover up a murder.

IDK if you watch their video they felt the things said were very specific. I guess we will have to wait and see.

I along with people involved in these kind of events in society, along with celeb things, have found that TMZ has discovered and reported true information many times. It has become a 'go to' as a check in and not just by gossip hounds and the like. They have a LOT of resources and ways and means is the thing. IMO

If there’s a ransom wouldn’t they put out a higher reward then $2,500 people put up more reward money for their pets.
