Actually, I'm not sure if this is a "crime" yet, but here's the scoop:

Durham — Police were investigating the Friday morning discovery of a badly decomposed body behind Bethesda Elementary School on South Miami Boulevard.
A landscaper found the body, which was on school property between the back of the school and some woods and houses off Glenco Road, police said. The body appeared to have been in the woods for several weeks, police said

Well, it isn't too often that a body just turns up where there isn't signs of foul play.

LOL, Cali. I'm going to assume it's a crime too. Although here a body was found after a week in a creekbed and it turned out to be a missing woman that had some mental disabilities. She had just gone for a walk and probably slipped down the side of the ravine.


I was trying to find if there were any missing people around Durham, but couldn't find anything.

A Raleigh man was arrested Friday and charged in the death of a man whose body was found behind Bethesda Elementary School in October...

Cornelius Wayne Johnson, 26, of Raleigh, was found stabbed to death on Oct. 19 by a landscaping crew in some woods between Bethesda Elementary and houses off Glenco Road.

Johnson had been reported missing to the Raleigh Police Department on Sept. 22.
