FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Skeletal remains found Sunday in a wooded area of Cumberland County have been sent to the State Medical Examiner’s Office for identification, authorities said Tuesday.

A group of hunters found the human remains in the 7000 block of Cedar Creek Road at about 4 p.m., authorities said.

Healed fracture of left nasal; healed fractures of right ninth rib and left eleventh rib.

I found two white men in the age range missing from Fayetteville listed in Namus.

Robert Hiney, 50, 5'8", missing in 2003 https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/4824/47/

Robert Jennings, 55, homeless man last seen in 2010: https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/14300/50/

Neither mentions matching scars, but there's not much detail on either of them.
