Clothing description DOES NOT match what Forrest was last seen wearing, but I thought I should post here anyway, in case he could have changed clothes. Wilkesboro is approx 100 miles north of Indian Trail, NC: Google Maps

Thank you for posting this. I agree that it's doubtful it's him but it's a great way to bump up his thread. I wish there was more updates... active searches...news. I feel that for the most part...if a gentleman goes missing that isn't a coach or teacher (or criminal who kidnaps a kid or something)...The case gets little attention unless the family is active in SM/the press.

I really hope Fins will not be forgotten and that it won't take years or decades to find him. He deserves attention like everyone else.

Fyi - his sister spoke with the Willesboro investigators. They are conducting a DNA test and will let us know.

Thanks for the update. I hope the testing is fast. Sometimes it can take months to get results back.

I hope ITPD/UCSO hasn’t given up and it doesn’t go cold. I’ve been following Kyle Fleischmann’s case and that seems to be what happened with it, which is so sad.

DNA should be fairly quick; toxicology is what can take months.

Thank you Lorenak for letting us know about the group. I finally got my approval and I just read all the info. The info you provided about the time just prior to him going missing is very interesting.

Now that's it's been months with no leads/active investigations...would you mind sharing what you think happened? Do you believe him to be alive and out there somewhere...disoriented from the accident? We have had some good news lately with people being found alive after months. Do you think self harm and he just hasn't been found yet? I know he had been searching the net using China-related terms. Could he have stashed away $ and headed there? The blood hounds tracked him for about a mile before the trail stopped. That makes me think he left in a vehicle at that point.

I'm interested to know your thoughts if you don't mind sharing.

@Detectivediva who knows.. My emotions and thoughts vary day to day. If he is dead I doubt he hurt himself. As far as money goes its not possible because I had and have access to all of that and there were never any cash withdrawals and such. I knew how much he made and where the money was going. There is no way he could leave the country unless by foot. Mexico or Canada. As far as China goes, that was a normal thing for us to be watching a movie, or having some type of topic and googling information. I know without a doubt it was nothing premeditated. That's for sure. Something happened when he rear ended that person that set this off. He had just loaded his iTunes account and purchased almost $200.00 for the whole Harry Potter series the night before. Was also looking up grass for the yard that same morning. The gap we are missing is what happened in his mind on that crash. He was very calculated which also makes no sense for such a reaction.
