A missing Siler City teen was safely located Thursday after going missing a week earlier.

Police didn't say where she was found, but did say the 15-year-old was safely recovered, and canceled the Amber Alert for her.

2 men facing human trafficking of child, kidnapping charges in Siler City missing teen case

NC SBI agents said they were able to confirm the teen had been abducted through electronic surveillance.

Two men are facing kidnapping and human trafficking charges in the case of a missing teen from Siler City.

State Bureau of Investigation agents were able to obtain, through electronic surveillance, that the victim had been abducted.

Triad men charged after 15-year-old girl found; Amber Alert canceled

On Tuesday, officers with the Siler City Police Department requested assistance from the NCSBI regarding a missing juvenile.

Agents with the Criminal Apprehension Team learned that the missing girl had been abducted.

Two suspects were identified soon after. Officials said that Ronny Suarez and the 15-year-old victim were found in the 120 block of W Strider Street in Asheboro. The second suspect, identified as Saul Ramirez Guvara, was found at a Quality Inn in Kinston.

Officials said both Suarez and Guvara were arrested and charged with first-degree kidnapping, human trafficking of a child victim, soliciting a child by computer, and several other charges.

Siler City Police said that they began working with North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (SBI). The SBI Criminal Apprehension Team (CAT) and the Computer Crimes unit on Tuesday. Agents were able to determine that the teen had been abducted, which led to the Amber Alert.

The men are awaiting their first court appearances.

This is the second human trafficking arrests involving an Amber Alert this week in North Carolina. Though authorities have said they are unrelated.

Wow, I read about both. So glad they are both safe. I do have a question if anyone can answer. Are the charges of Human trafficking put are adults who pick up minors or are these guys ( both cases) actually known for human trafficking?
