I'm not sure if you've seen rainynight's post yet #172.

It is interesting how the home is right in front of the woods. This gave me the clearest picture of how the home was situated. The windows on the home to the left (in the video) would not have a view of the yard nor the home.

Yes. Thank you, zen I had actually asked/ commented about that area early on after viewing the 360 street view posted upstream. I had wondered if maybe he had been smoking in the woods and hiding in there and hopefully left a butt, but that was before the surveillance video was released and I was leaning more towards a targeted attack. I am now more curious about wooded areas and abandoned structures near where the vehicle was ditched as I approach this from the random predator angle.

I’m still veerrry behind with the work week but I tend do fully catch up today and this weekend.

The sister is the only one we have heard speak to the news but that may be because she is the only one who speaks English. I think her aunt probably saw something as well and her cousins were also in the house. JMO.

This is so true, even though their are urges to go down a rabbit hole without details, details matter as well as facts. I feel unlike here especially with the "local" forums, there is alot of people with an agenda or issues making their moderators job alot more difficult.

When ZenC wrote just above that the trailer "backs into" the woods, it's making me consider that the perp might have been lurking and watching Hania for awhile? Peeping Tom with ongoing nefarious interest? I hadn't thought that to be the case until really seeing how the trailers are so nestled into the woods. Maybe has been lurking around just watching for some time and then saw the chance to actually get ahold of her?

The way I view this situation is that an interview with someone can lead to another person who may not even realize they may be holding the "key" to finding Hania. This is crucial.

There is an anonymous link to reporting. Anyone can send a tip and see where it leads. Any help at all in pointing the authorities in the right direction is critical.

After all, this young girl is in a terrifying position and needs to be found now.

Yes this has been my thought as well ever since @oceanblueeyes posted that it was her opinion that Hania had been watched and that she was the target.

Until I viewed the reporter's video which rainynight posted (#172), I had no idea how close the home was to the woods.

Is it ever! It's almost in the woods!

Also, at 6:58 a.m. when this occurred, or just before that 911 call time, I doubt anyone else was even outside then.

Oh, but those woods! And the path by the house!

One more thing...the man walking, IMO is smoking a cigarette, I would be willing to bet money on it. Checking gas stations (or any store in the immediate area) cams for a smoker purchasing cigarettes would be ideal. MOO

This is something that the F.B.I. are likely checking out because people usually go to the same store and sometimes daily.

Habits - such as the same store people usually drop in frequently when they just need milk.

Someone in a store in that area could possibly give more details if they are able to identify the person in the video.

But how long was he there? If the video of the perp is from the same morning, how long did it take him to walk to where Hania was and then hide? You'd think he'd want to be there "early" to lay in wait, but the timing makes me think he arrived just as she was in the yard (which, I admit, is my speculation, not a fact). Maybe he saw her get into the car to start it, and sort of lurked in the shadows watching, and when he saw she got out of the car, he rushed her.

It looks as if it is just breaking dawn in the video.
