i live in kings mountain, a tiny town right beside gastonia (like 15 minutes away). i go to gasstonia all the time to go to the mall, walmart, target, other stores. i had never heard about Jamie's case, until i was in town the other day at the pawnshop and saw her poster in the glass. i never miss an episode of dissapeared on ID so idk how missed this one.

but could anyone lead me to a link of the full episode? i am so intersted in her case. i feel maybe i could help, keep an eye out, donate, something, since this is so close to home.. or if someone could just lead me to the info of her dissapearance, i'd be very appreciative!

i just saw the ep. i didnt realize it was new, anyways. i hope they find her. so sad.

I just posted the same thing in the Aliahna Maroney Lemmon section of the forum. Seems strange that there are so many missing teens/woman from such a small town.

i found out a store clerk that i speak to occasionally was a close friend of jamie's. what i will be saying i will classify as rumour as i have nothing in the news to back it up with.

she had said that the family is sure that Ricky Sr was responsible for whatever happened to jamie. apparently he had told her he wanted her to have his child and to have sex with him and that if she wouldn't he'd kill her. there is more to what she told me but i'm not going into it all since as i've said...its considered rumour since there is nothing to back it up.

Tuesday marks five years since a Gastonia woman disappeared.

To this day, police are still hoping you can help them dig up some clues.

Jamie Fraley, 22, was last seen at her apartment on Lowell Bethesda Road in 2008.

Police found her cellphone a few miles away, on South New Hope Road, but that's all they ever found.

The one person of interest in her disappearance was found dead two months later.

I watched the Disappeared episode on Jamie.

Unfortunately I believe Ricky Snr. was the one driving her to the hospital and he knows something about her disappearance, but now we will never know. I hope the police can find her regardless of Ricky Snr.

I think her ex-boyfriend might be a criminal and addict, but surprisingly I never had the feeling he had anything to do with Jamie's disappearance or knows anything.

Yeah I don't think he had anything to do with it either, and he was in jail when she disappeared anyway. I'm just wondering if he knows anything about it, like maybe his father told him where her body can be found, but I don't think he did tell anyone, unfortunately.

Do you know if they were aware of his previous murder conviction at the time he made these threats? Was Jamie? Were his threats taken seriously and reported to LE? Thanks.
