hopefully.
but already we have good reason to believe this case is being handled with kid gloves
-the ridiculously low bail bonds
-the removal of belongings from the home yesterday in direct violation of conditions
-the refusal to remove the childrens' images despite massive campaigns and in full knowledge it willfully endangers them
-the efforts made , successfully to keep GoodGolly miss Molly's momma out of media and police charges, she was present in the home when the murder took place. What was her role and why was it not published?
- Nor have I seen evidence that drug or alcohol tests were conducted on the perpetrators at the time, or that they were subject to a medical examination or taken to the police station. that Fed badge was probably flashed so much that night , it fairly shone like a star, a warning star?

I'm assuming the Irish family contacted Facebook directly or had their attorney do so:

"Reporting Photos & Videos That Violate Your Privacy Rights

Facebook provides people with ways to report photos and videos that they believe to be in violation of their privacy rights. We'll remove photos and videos that you report as unauthorized if this is required by relevant privacy laws in your country, as long as the reported content involves you, your child (under 13) or another person for whom you are the legal representative or guardian. Photos or videos involving anyone else will need to be reported by the individual themselves.

I live in the US and want to report a photo or video that violates my privacy.
I live outside the United States and want to report a photo or video that violates my privacy.
I want to report a photo or video that violates the privacy of my child.
I want to report a photo or video that violates the privacy of someone who's sick, hospitalized or otherwise incapactitated.
What if I don’t like a photo I’m tagged in?"

Did Facebook respond?

Thanks Cavvy, I notice vast discrepancies in dates of warrants, looks as though it took some time to procure them? Also noting the preferred charge is murder 1st degree.. what exactly occurred in order to have this charge reduced?

I believe I read that the D.A. went with this charge because there was a better chance of conviction. They could be jailed for 40 years, so it's not a slap on the wrist.

I think they do believe this was first degree premeditated murder.... but they also suspect what the defense is going to be and don't want to risk having any sympathetic jurors that might not want to give life in prison. Case in point - Casey Anthony..... jurors fell for the defense story of abuse and refused to find her guilty of ANYTHING because they felt she was over charged. Our justice system is messed up. IMO

Yes I known they did put in these requests the Facebook pages were taken down for one day and then allowed back up again . It's very frustrating.

I can understand your concern.

But I'll offer you one bit of consolation. After my interest in this case was piqued by one or two newspaper articles here in the US, I went to Molly's FB page. This was BEFORE she was charged.

I immediately noticed that she had edited out all her previous life with Jason and the children. That seemed very strange and very suspicious. Those would be the moments BEFORE she knew what the future held. Why would she need to hide them? The only reason would be that following her REAL life as she presented it on FB in those days...would contradict the fake life she was now trying to sell to the public as a cover story. (Interestingly, after she was charged, several news outlets mentioned her FB as being useful to police who investigated. THEY would be able to access it ALL.)

The long pleas to let the children contact her...along with her phone number...made it seem to me that she was desperate to try to influence what they told the police about her. She NEEDED to talk to them to get them "in line" with her story. The long "reminders" of her cookie baking, "mothering"...seemed to me to try to leverage the children..."See, sometimes I was good."

She repeatedly tries to hint that the Irish relatives were turning the children against her. Here the police were FAR ahead of her. They had experts interview the children very soon after the tragedy. I'm sure those interviews were recorded. She needs the children to back up her "abuse excuse." No jury is going to believe that this abuse would never ever have been witnessed by the children who lived in that house. Any "stories" from her relatives who live out of state...are just them repeating Molly. Same with friends. In other words, Molly has no witnesses and that conpounds the fact that a man lay dead, beaten over and over with brick and bat, and neither she nor her Dad had a scratch on them.

"Please, please let them talk to me!" becomes not the cry of a stepmother but a manipulator...trying to control what she cannot control.

The other odd thing about her FB page, in my opinion, is her Mother. Who would ever guess that Seecu had seen the bloodied corpse that was the handiwork of her husband and daughter....the result of THEIR heinous lack of control...their OVERKILL..and her only reaction to all this...is to want two small children back in their clutches! It's downright frightening! What if, in his teenage years, Jason's son upsets Molly. Is she going to get the bat and brick again? All those years of her husband's training in the FBI, and he has to OVERKILL a man...to stop a situation. In his trial they should compare these two, EVEN IF THEIR STORY WAS TRUE, to police who shoot a jaywalker 15 times to "stop" him.

Except, there is no physical evidence to back up their lies. This is why they are charged.

Molly's FB support probably comes mainly from the organization she joined whose members raise funds for truly abused wives. She "used" them as she "used" Jason. After the autopsy results, I'm sure many have doubts now. Wait till the trial. She will be a pariah.

Take heart that if you are unable to get Facebook to take down those pictures, that many will see in that Facebook page, a far, far different Molly and Seecu, then they are hoping to portray. They are seeing travel, vacations, expensive clothes, party balloons in the background, a beautiful home. They can now read the autopsy results and see what Molly and her Father did to man who made that life possible for her.

That is a great post thank you I really hope so . The lawyers made a mistake the should have asked for the privatisation of the page but requested no further contact with the children's blood relatives . I know she rang an elderly lady screaming down the phone to her demanding to speak to the children it certainly sounds like desperation. This "wherever you are my love will find you" is a threat I agree . This case is so known in Ireland 3 companies refused to fly the plane with the happy birthday banner . She needed to let them know she could get to them. The allegations against Jasons family were disgraceful, "they love coming here because they can bring back so many cigarettes" how absurd. I would say they despise going there facing that woman and her family knowing what they did . The people she made friends here in Ireland with are your right mostly single parents whom may have been in violent relationship before. I know 1 definitely was as she said so . Maybe that is her angle. I know she joined a parent alienation page and told a few sob stories but failed to say why she was in the situation in the first place . The feds wife also left messages on senators pages with same kind of stories also forgetting to mention how the children became orphaned . That is what they are doing in public behind the scenes Im not sure what she has said to her followers that they are still there. She has lost a few friends but not a lot .

I noticed in one of the pdf's about the Search Warrants, that there is an address given for Facebook security. It's the address that police use in their work apparently. It may be (not sure) a completely different area of Facebook than the email link they usually give out.

I would try one more time but use THAT address. A letter from the attorney, with the judgement for custody to the Irish family and copies of the warrant for Molly's arrest on suspicion of murdering the children's Father. Is Facebook inserting interface into the criminal case by allowing her to subvert the judges orders by using FB as a vehicle to try to make contact.

I would give it a try. But then I'm like a dog with a bone about things like this.

Ill pass on the information anyway thank you its worth a try . I see mike is in hot water. Mollys lawyers say she was at the house Mike says she wasn't within a hundred miles maybe they should have straightened their stories first before commenting . What have got on Mike though has to be something otherwise he wouldn't be seen within a million miles of them No finer people my 🤬🤬🤬 . And thats everyones opinion ;-)

Hey guys! I just wanted to report back from my friend who was on the Clemson swimteam. I mentioned she was in the Bahamas, they went there to heal their hearts after the father of the baby they were hoping to adopt backed out of the adoption two weeks before the due date. They got a call while in the Bahamas that the baby had been born and dad had a change of heart, he wanted the best life for his boy that the parents, at 15, couldn't provide.

So she has been very busy with a newborn, and he has a slight heart condition that needs surgery to repair.

She did let me know that she does not remember Molly, but she started a year after Molly was said to attend so that would jive with Molly only attending one year there. She is reaching out to some old swimteam contacts, one who started the same year as molly, to see if anyone else remembers everything. I will let you guts know if she is able to find out anything else.

... She has lost a few friends but not a lot .

Don't be too sure on that. Sometimes people don't distance themselves publicly for a wide variety of reasons, but oftentimes they are wanting to be peripherally involved and sadly, ooh and aaah at the spectacle. If Molly is half as horrible/pathological as she seems to the distant observer, there are probably a lot of people waiting and hoping to see her "fall".
And there could well be others who simply do not want to raise Molly's ire towards them. Which might be a sound, safe idea.

I'm going to offer some opinions about Molly. Just opinions.

I have read that she is bulimic, throwing up after eating. Please look into bulimic rages. I have a known someone so afflicted. Then imagine that in someone with bipolar disorder.

I believe her parents have been enablers to keep peace and to save face.

There is a blank period in her life between these stories about Clemson and Emory. I doubt she has a degree from anywhere. I wonder of her bipolar disease had its onset somewhere in that period. She may have been hospitalized. It would be amazing to talk to people who knew her then. I bet they would have lots of useful information.

Her father and uncle are not "important" people. Notice her Mother has to write on senators pages...because they don't KNOW Senators or people highly placed enough to reach them otherwise.

In my opinion, the police did a very thorough job! They will be ready to expose these phonies in court. The Mother's brother is proving to be a failure as a spokesman...his story does not fit that of her own attorneys. A spokesman needs to have credibility.

In fact, their credibility is all they can cling to. They must make a jury believe them at trial. There are months now to assemble SO many things to discredit them.

MAKE LISTS OF LIES!!!!

Things large and small. And then there is the autopsy, and further evidence. Their credibility will be decimated at trial!

The Father is leaning on his reputation as a credible FBI agent. But his story does not fit the evidence. He is touting his FBI training...yet the autopsy shows rage, not a blow to stop a situation. So in essence, he is a failure at his own profession. Therefore his profession is no credit to him. An acrobat that can't hang on to the trapeze can't ask for respect as an acrobat, can he?

IMO, the parents wanted Jason to sign those adoption papers. They wanted him to appease Molly. She was probably already raging when she called them. They rushed there to try and convince Jason to give her her way. He had had enough after her verbal abuse in front of his friends the day or so before.

I picture Molly like Rumpelstitkskin, jumping up and down, demanding, demanding. Poor Jason went to bed. Molly went to garage for the bat. She went outside for a brick. Now she had a method to her rage. By God, she'd have the kids and the money. And if Jack didn't shape up and be a good boy...he'd be the next to feel the bat and brick!

Her Father was too late to stop her, but they had to do what they always did. Cover for Molly. Create a story. Even take the blame.

But the autopsy screams from Jason's grave that they are liars.

Think of all the months that Molly must go through...thinking of trading that sweet old life for a federal prison. No body will appease Molly there.

My opinions only.

Yes here is a pic of the discrepancies between Mike and their legal team lol. In all honesty I think the Corbetts have given them enough rope to hang themselves and they are doing a pretty good job I think we will all agree. The blank period in her life nobody seems to know anything about its a mystery no old friends or boyfriends coming to defend her she threw her chief bridesmaid and her parents out of the wedding reception .I think that clearly shows her character as unstable . She may be good at hiding things but occasionally the masks slips . Everything in your post I agree with its total OVERKILL and I hope she rots because in my opinion Daddy is covering .

Yes I agree on your points . I know that some neighbours have been abused by others in Mollys circle for going against her and even that children have been singled out because their parents don't support Molly . All this info has been passed on and will be used against her of course . There really is so much to surface yet . But her years before she came here bother me. Shes a beautiful educated woman she should be prom queen why come to Ireland to be a nanny bet jason thought all his prayers were answered poor man.

Would be fantastic if somebody could find out about her past . Id bet shes hiding something . Its so strange to me everybody doesn't know about this case because EVERYONE in Ireland does. Lets just say she wouldn't get a very arm welcome. No Cead MIle Failte for Molly LOl

kittythehare-----hmmm, I think you hit the nail on the head. It seems from the beginning, the Martens have been treated with kid gloves. To me, the bail for second degree murder was ridiculously low. I do think and pray that LE made sure to cross the t's and dot all i's, to ensure a conviction. Your last sentence made me laugh. Tom's badge probably needed polishing after all the fingerprints. Remember, Uncle Mike has connections, as well. :copcar:

Thank you so much Mountaingazer! So sorry about your friend, and the baby. Her answer about Molly, wasn't surprising, at all. I doubt anyone else on the swim team knew her either. Just another lie. She probably attended Clemson one year. Would love to know what really happened. :gaah:

The great irony in this case is that real abuser in this relationship was Molly, not Jason. A wolf in sheep's clothing. Based on her continued actions one can only come to the conclusion that she's a psychopath. Either her family and relatives are completely stupid or they they're just not able to exert any influence or control over her. Every single move she's made so far, she's digging her own grave and she'll keep digging.

It will be interesting to see how the prosecutors approach the case. Will they take the line that both Molly and Tom attacked and murdered Jason, or will they try to expose Tom's obvious cover up? Mum Sharon seems to have gotten off very lightly, as if she was asleep during the whole thing.
