Once again, Stephan, many thanks for the latest article link. I haven't read the full article yet but a few things jump out from the smaller box on the right hand side of the page. Lt Young took pictures of the back of the house. The picture shows a pile of brick pavers close to a doorway. So easily accessible from the house. I have seen nothing to suggest that there was anything spectacular about the paver found in the bedroom (to suggest it had been part of a school project).
Lt Young also took pictures of the kirtchen table where a bottle of rum and mixers were pictured. Who was drinking rum? We have only heard of JC drinking beer. His neighbour testified to this and it was also mentioned in opening by TM's lawyers that after they arrived he had a beer.
Lt Young photographed the basement bedroom; four mobile phones were pictured in that room. Why would there be four mobile phones in the basement bedroom where SM and TM were staying?
All IMO
All great questions . The defence is going to have a rough time explaining all this away . I would think that there was definitely a delay in calling 911 and that is why the civil suit is including Sharon.

I suspect that the forensic evidence which commences on Monday will shed a lot of light on the descriptions provided by paramedics and law enforcement officers. The fact that the main bedroom light was not working is intriguing, was it broken, was the lightswitch broken? The lack of blood on both MM & TM is stark, I would have expected for both of them to be covered or partially covered in blood given all the blood that has been described as being at the scene. Blood spatter around dents in two walls, blood spatter up to five foot on some walls, the scene described does not match the state of either TM & MM. I haven't read anything regarding actual time of death, given that both paramedics have described the body as cool which was about 15 minutes after the initial call was made. Could there be anyone else to testify on this matter?
The state of Jason's body described is horrific and SM just sitting calmly in the basement bedroom frankly does not make sense. I found the comment by the neighbour of MM handing them two cans while they were sitting outside interesting, they only ended up drinking one between but MM handed them the cans. Was the medication within the one can that they shared, only speculation obviously but it is possible. If the neighbour had a blood test to determine the existence of medication in his body I suspect that this would have already been testified upon so don't suspect he did. Wonder did LE take the bottles and cans away for forensics testing? Edit - just noticed in the DM article that the neighbour stated that they opened the can to share so doubtful if any drug was place in said can.
From what I can see of the photo in today's Daily Mail, it would appear that MM is still wearing rings on her wedding finger. If this is the case, I suspect that this is playing up to the jury, I don't recall noticing this in any previous photos.
Young noted three dents on different walls. One dent was approximately five feet high behind the door of the master bedroom and another was near an outlet. The other dent appeared in the bathroom. Below the dent in the bathroom, there was a cracked light switch, according to the officer.
The Lexington Dispatch says a light switch was cracked

Just to clarify, before its pointed out by someone else, we don't have confirmation that the light was actually smashed, just that the paramedics were unable to switch it on which is why they had to remove Jason to the ambulance because the light in the bedroom was too poor to treat him. I found it unusual that the main light was out of action and thought it would give us an indication into the force behind some of the blows.
I could be wrong but when they say "outlet" I am assuming that is an electrical plug outlet... wouldn't that be near the floor?
They showed a picture of four cell phones in the basement. They must have a reason for pointing that out.

I wonder have we been looking at this all wrong...what do we know about TM? Why can't we find more information on him?
I've been trying to figure out why SM would sit in the basement and simply wait there. She must have heard the sirens and known it was safe to emerge, even if she had gone out the basement door and around the perimeter of the building. How controlling is Tom?
What if Jason told Molly he was leaving and she in turn phoned her parents upset. What if TM didn't simply 'awake' and decide to visit, what if he decided he could talk Jason around. He is the patriarch of the family, he controls what happens, Jason will listen to him.
The police officer noted how 'agitated' TM became when he didn't comply with a simple request to close the window. What if Jason refused to back down this time? What if he said enough was enough and nothing could change his mind. How 'agitated' would TM become? If there was no argument with Molly, Jason wouldn't have expected an ambush from Tom. He could have retired to bed and then been set upon.
TM was dressed when he attacked Jason IMO, I think he removed his jumper and trousers after the fact. I think we may have been letting him off too lightly with his knight in shining armour tag. All MOO.
