Hi all. Im a newcomer to this site, though Ive been following this case since the story broke about the custody of the children. Please excuse me if I dont follow protocols and TOS due to ignorance my intentions are good. Ive found this thread to be very informative and wanted to put in my tuppenceworth x 2 if thats acceptable. I apologise if Im going over old ground, Ive read most but not all of the previous threads.
Firstly, I have never been strangled - Im writing this - so no, obviously not. I have however been held in a chokehold, two hands around my neck shaking me (Ex with anger issues, hence Ex). I can say that I could neither move nor whisper never mind shout. It only lasted about 15-20 seconds, but I had bruises to the sides/front of my throat as well as 3 scratches from my own nails. The bruises from those 15-20 seconds lasted more than 10 days.
Im hesitating about my second point, because its hurtful to bring up the Autopsy Report, and the horror of it, but here goes
Those dreadful injuries to JCs head ended his life. I counted the total number of injuries, not including those the ME said were possibly due to the first responders actions on his chest. I count a minimum total of 32 separate injuries, ranging from superficial to fatal. If youve given 6 blows to the torso, 3 to the right arm, 2 to the left arm, 4 to the right leg, 1 to the left leg, and youve not received as much as a scratch, how can it be necessary to give a 14 to the head?
Just asking
Just my opinion
