Deputies say they are concerned about the welfare of a man who was last seen two weeks ago leaving home on his blue mountain bike.The Carteret County Sheriff's Office says 30-year-old John Daniels left a note on September 21st saying he would be staying at an unspecified hotel in Onslow County. The man lives on Morse Road, which is off of Highway 58 outside of Peletier.
Deputies say Daniels may have also traveled to Havelock.
