Officers responded to a shots-fired call Thursday afternoon on Carlyle Drive.

Police found a woman shot and killed inside the home.

Detectives said they are looking for Jonathan Bennett in the case. They believe Bennett and the victim had a 2-month-old child together and after the shooting Bennett took the baby with him. The missing baby has been identified as Journei Bennett.

Bennett was last seen driving an older white Ford Expedition with New York license plates HUP-3071.

Jonathan Jarquise Bennett, 23, is suspected of killing the child's mother and then taking the girl. The suspect is still missing and should be considered armed and dangerous. Bennett is described as a black male, standing 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 210 pounds. Bennett was last seen driving an older, white Ford Expedition with a New York license plate: HUP-3071
