Good point, East.

I think he's racing at 100mph because they anticipated closings would be completed by lunchtime. I think the DT ran over and he feels a bit stressed. I think he's tried to slow down a bit from when he started. I could hardly understand him in the beginning.

He could have omitted half of his conjecture and outright lies and his closing would have lasted only 20 minutes.

Morning guys < waving weakly > Sick here, damn, power just went out, trying to follow along,

Poor Glee!! Where's the  emoticon?!? I hope you feel better very soon!

OK, now I realize why I have been confused - I could not figure out where the defense was headed. But second degree murder because the murderous act was a separate completed act??? That logic is so twisted it's insane. Do they think the jury members could be that stupid? That's an insult to the jury's intelligence.

I don't think we need to worry--DS will bring this ship back around to where it belongs...and the defense team knows it's coming. It's like when the "duh-nuh duh-nuh" music begins in a "Jaws" movie, but in a good way.

I love that, NCB!

duh-nuh duh-nuh duh-nuh duh-nuh duh-nuh duh-nuh duh-nuh duh-nuh :fireworks:!

Ka-Bloooey! The hammer comes down

Good Morning, Little Glee -- sorry you're ailing. You can catch all this later when your feistiness is in full force. We'll pick up the slack as best we can, but nobody can quite be you. Feel better, little one.

On B&E just for the thrill of it, DS says:

Utter nonsense is right--go DS!!

What is usually upstairs in a house?? BEDROOMS. Why would he go up there first unless he wanted to find a person?

Had to walk right by the car.

Why breaking into a house with lights on and a TV on if he wanted unoccupied?? YES. Tell it!!

Rock the size of a small melon would NOT fit in his pocket... had to have had it in his hand. Why? Because he was ready to use it.

I LOVE ADA SAACKS!

He really is awesome. I was bowled over by him in the JY trial #1. He is compelling, clear, and so damn smart.

I haven't seen him refer to any notes or a binder filled with an outline of notes yet.
Brilliant!
