They're doing the charge conference now. I haven't heard because I've missed most of the last two days, but I assume closings will be tomorrow--does anyone know for certain?

They're doing the charge conference now. I haven't heard because I've missed most of the last two days, but I assume closings will be tomorrow--does anyone know for certain?

Nothing is certain (!), but yes, that's the plan -- closings s/be tomorrow. They always take about a half-day to go over the jury instructions/charge conference. Plus, they like to have both closings on the same day, if possible. So tomorrow s/be interesting.

no...but without the little banter about this and that, makeup and cucumber recipes, this forum is sure gonna be sleepin', just like that jailer across from JW, IMHO.:rocker:

I'm so sorry you aren't feeling well, Glee!! You gotta pep up and get ready for closings tomorrow morning--exciting stuff!! I didn't know this case was going to progress this quickly.
