"Letitbereceived...."

I love it when he says that. And he talks in a calming, pilot's voice. I feel like I'm on an airplane about to land when I listen to him.

LOL! He's dropped it twice this morning and I'm sitting on edge waiting for more! AHH! There's the third one! My grandfather used to pray like that:

"DearLordhumbleourheartsandmakeustrulygratefulfortheseandourmanyblessingswhichweareabouttoreceiveinJesusnameAmen!"

AH had to know about that lake.pond and boat. Ergo I do believe that she was part mastermind in this case and not after the fact. JMO

You think ""Letitbereceived...." is fast, you should listen for when the bailiffs say their dismissals for breaks/lunch/end of day. Can't even make out what they are saying it's so fast.

I forgot is there an interrogation tape of AH?

  • #226
I wonder if Amanda's sister still lives in that house?

  • #227
It seems pretty run down. But I believe that AH knew about that boat. She was just as much a part of this as GH in every way imo.

Seems like Boz mistakenly showed something extremely graphic, Gaskins objected, Boz apologized, Judge said "be more careful."

This is the stuff that will give these jurors nightmares. I feel for them. I wish AH had to look at the graphic photos so they could watch her face.

I wonder if Amanda's sister still lives in that house?

IIRC it was covered in the GH trial. She gave it as her current address, her husband no longer lives there from memory.

Morning All,

Did everyone have a chuckle at Gaskins motion this morning lol He must have seen all the comments on the net accusing the DT of planting the knife.

I am running late today, just got stream up not long ago.

What exactly was the motion?

TIA! :seeya:

AH knew about everything available on the Berry property. That was her sister. She knew about the lake, the boat, etc, etc.

I find it interesting when defendants don't react upon seeing the most graphic scenes/pics when presented in their trials. It's not evidence of anything, but on a purely human level wouldn't you feel horror?

WRAL needs to turn down the volume on the judge's mic STAT! The heavy breathing and distortion is because they have the mic turned up on him.

To prohibit the PT team & anyone else from inferring the DT planted the knife in the vehicle

Sorry if asked and answered. What was the ruling on the motion?

They must get a lot of looky-looks checking out the place.

Priceless.

:tyou:

It's like trying to bolt the stable door after the horse has bolted lol. Don't recall him objecting when the inference was made on Friday. Is Gaskins a decent lawyer? From Aus he's coming across as a shady bumbling fool.

Good point, Cherry -- I can just see her describing to GH the lake, its proximity to her sister's house, her eyes getting wide and prolly kind of jumping up & down in her chair, etc. "Wow, hon, I know just the place..." blah, blah, blah. Take the chirren to see her sister, take the hutch as the excuse for the trailer, etc... Fun trip.

Sorry if asked and answered. What was the ruling on the motion?

Judge was mildly dismissive of it, said it wasn't important at the moment, think he said he'd hear it later when needed.

Hi Gang! I'm so happy I made it in to work today. I hate ICE, especially in my rear wheel Mustang. I am totally useless on icy roads.

I complained to a customer I didn't have enough dead weight, like a dead relative, to weigh down my car. The customer laughed nervously. I think I am watching too many murder trials...
