AH is a little law breaker. As long as she lived in NC, she did not change her NY driver's license to NC.

In State of TX, one has 30 days to do a change of address or if out of state, apply and test for a TX driver's license.

Then . . . AH had no problem illegally dumping hazardous waste (acid) near a TX waterway.
