RBC is the Royal Bank of Canada.
ScotiaBank is the Bank of Nova Scotia

Why is the money in Canadian banks?

RBC was once Centura bank....RBC bought them out. They are local in eastern and central NC.

She had the account from her time living in the US Virgin Islands (I wondered about it a few days back myself).

Y'all don't slap me, but I think this is a pretty good defense for her. It does raise some questions, especially if one has ever been around a total psychopath. They do tend to involve your friends and family in their deeds so they hurt you x2 or x3.

I was with one for 5 years and I agree to an extent. The problem for her is that there is no way she didn't know. The timeline doesn't make sense. There is too much that wouldn't add up for her "not to be acting in concert"... She is a great liar, but her fake emotion comes through on the stream, surely it comes across live even better. Let's hope... otherwise, she gets away with murder :(

Yup, in addition to Scotia bank, and RBC is big around here (so much that our sports arena was once named after RBC)

OOOHHH, cross!

I hope the State can finish up at some point with those weird letters and make some dots connect. Otherwise I have no idea why Gaskins wanted them in.

I am not impressed with either the defense's strategy or the defendant testimony. This was like watching some old balloons release the remaining air they had and plop back to the ground.

Becky will barely get started and then they'll recess until tomorrow or when ever due to the weather. In a way I hope Becky has an extra day to prepare, I don't want this slippery slimy woman pulling any fast ones. She is looking mighty smug, like she thinks she's snowing everybody there. I sure hope the jury is wide awake.

$189 thousand plus. She's a bigger fool than I thought.

Me too. As a mother, I cannot understand helping/financing some dude I met a mere 6 months ago over my own daughter. Why didn't she help Sha more? Or maybe she did and we just don't know. :shrugs:

I hope the prosecution has a long list of questions that they're ready to ask. When Jason Young testified, the prosecution was so unprepared that they blew it.

That moment in time will be forever etched in our collective memories!

Gum, breath mint, snack?

Dang, thought Boz would be bad, she's slamming her!

Amanda is already being confrontational with the State.

Two thumbs up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • #478
How was she bailing out the water? ASK THAT!

  • #479
'And honestly I didn't smell anything'. Another whooper. Who doesn't smell a decomposing body within five feet of 'em?

The boat was sinking, she was bailing water and paddling, yet her clothing was not soaked. So much BS it's sad.
