Gosh it's making me loopy too, 'whenever' is an indeterminate amount of time, 'when' states a particular point of time, how do they not get that?

I wish the other State attorney, Boz?, had handled cross on this defendant. This one lets so many things go. IMO

Boz has such a quick mind he fires the questions out like a machine gun. Had he done the cross, he would not have allowed AH all of this meandering around in her responses. He would have called her out on her inconsistencies, and he would have flat out approached her lies as fast as they came out of her mouth. However, some people do not like his style because of those ways....but I think he's excellent. I am PRAYING he does the state's closing.

I wish Becky would have asked AH how enamored she was with the prospect of moving to Kinston.

And also somehow she should point out how much time Amanda would have had to have been "driving around" without a phone. I don't mean o be a Monday morning quarterback. I know it's easy for me to sit back and criticize.
