Boz has such a quick mind he fires the questions out like a machine gun. Had he done the cross, he would not have allowed AH all of this meandering around in her responses. He would have called her out on her inconsistencies, and he would have flat out approached her lies as fast as they came out of her mouth. However, some people do not like his style because of those ways....but I think he's excellent. I am PRAYING he does the state's closing.

I never had a problem with an aggressive State cross. That is part of their job. To uncover the truth, separate it from the lies and let the jury understand. I am disappointed in this woman atty sharpening her skills on such an important case. It is not cut and dried and I don't want her little girl lost butt getting a not guilty verdict.

I really wish Boz would have done the cross... I'm afraid to say it, but she left a LOT of doubt on the stand. All it takes is one juror that is buying this load of crud...I'm really disappointed

Exactly and how many times was there something really gross to clean up? Oh that right's when they were faced with dismembering the body and Grant wanted to go to the club and knock back a few and come back to the job done and AH made him help.

Totally prepared responses for everything. I'm growing tired of this. We've heard it all 3 times previously.
I do not have a huge sense of security from the state's cross, my fear is growing. Becky just objected to the redundancy of the questioning--over ruled.
