I have wondered the same thing and thought maybe it was because of the children?

It could be because of the children, plus the day care business.
If it had been my son and daughter in law on trial I do believe I would have made arrangements to go. But that's just me. And, they could very well be ashamed of what their son has done....isn't the elder Mr. Hayes a minister? Maybe they have been trying to distance themselves from all of it.

Did anyone at all come to support Amanda? I didn't see it all, but never saw anyone sitting over on her side. That must be so odd. Being on trial for something like that and NO ONE comes for you. Scary.

During this trial, a witness mentioned a sister, named Grantina. I believe it was Amanda in the beginning of her testimony.

Someone here mentioned that her deceased husband besides giving her land and money may have had life insurance policy/ies that would pay out in monthly annuities if set up like that.

she went through it all. It was in a money market! she was mad at grants parents because they werent putting money in her account at jail. They said her neice used to send her money. I guess that would be Kandace. moo
