Kimrey said Mariah had MS. Any confirmation of that other than msm reporting he said it in the call? And get the "huffing" into the phone in an attempt to seem upset. Reminds me of Ross Harris who pulled the same stunt - didn't help him though.

Witnesses during the investigation told law enforcement they saw Kimrey placing an object “bigger than a bookbag” into his van around 11:30 p.m. that same night before leaving in the van, according to the affidavit.

A search warrant for the van was approved and from the van law enforcement seized two dressers, zip ties, sections of carpet, and swabs from the two front seats.

Law enforcement was also granted permission to search Mariah’s home as well as a shed and locker on the property on Nov. 27 and seized a long list of items, including bedding, child’s clothing, a section of wall, leg braces, and bleach bottles as well as several sexual toys and items from a trash can.

Documents also released today include the 911 call that Kimrey made on the morning of the 27th. "Our little girl, our little girl, she is missing," said a distraught Kimrey. "Ok, now how old is she," asked the 911 operator. "She's three years old," Kimrey responded.

He told 911 that the pajamas her mother put Mariah to bed in were found on the floor beside her bed that next morning.

"Me and my girlfriend put her to bed right when we came in. We came in from a trip last night and everyone went to bed around 8:30, around that time, I can't say for sure," Kimrey told the 911 operator.

More items seized:

Among items seized at the home on Dawson Cabin Road were receipts for five outside trash cans purchased at different stores, gray duct tape, part of a gray floor mat from the van, four bottles of bleach, syringes, a black bag with duct tape, a shovel, several pieces of carpet, carpet pad, a black flashlight and swabs from a black flashlight.

At the time, Kimrey told investigators that after her mother, Kristy Woods, had gone to sleep, Mariah got up and Kimrey told her to go back to bed.

Kimrey said he left the home for a short period of time, leaving the door unlocked.

Earl appears to be slurring very heavily in the first part of the call. I really didn't hear Kristy say anything except about the pj's in the background.
Do they always treat missing 3yr olds in the middle of the night as runaways. I know they have to stay calm but dispatch acted like she wandered to a neighbors but I guess they have to at first

You're right, slooth -- I didn't look down the list as far as I should have for "Earl." Glad you saw those!! He's in a heap o'trouble. Does he have a lawyer??

Couple things I noticed he says she was last seen in Pink pj's but later says he didn't dress her for bed he didn't know what she was wearing but told the dispatcher Kristy said her pink pj's were by the bed. At the end he's calm after getting frustrated over his name but very calm by the end of the call just saying bye not begging for LE or anyone to come find her.
I know they was lots of speculation that Kristy said something incriminating in the background but I didn't hear anything did anyone else?
