I just listened to the 911 phone call recording. Interesting. If I was a parent reporting my missing child, I would be dismayed by the lack of compassion displayed by the operator in this exchange. Wow! Nothing like assuring a parent that someone will be right there. Oh my!

Regarding the huffing and puffing by Kimrey..he just killed, and hid a child. I cannot begin to imagine what that might do to ones insides.. All just my opinion.

The two dressers... I am curious if they were a ruse/ alibi for being out late that night or a contingency plan conceived in a state of panic that he chose not to use?

I finally got a chance to listen to the complete call and what stood out to me was when he said, “She’s perfectly able” in reference to her muscular dystrophy. I don’t know why it struck me as odd, it just did.

It sure does give another perspective to a 911 call when we already know what he did to her.

Couple things I noticed he says she was last seen in Pink pj's but later says he didn't dress her for bed he didn't know what she was wearing but told the dispatcher Kristy said her pink pj's were by the bed. At the end he's calm after getting frustrated over his name but very calm by the end of the call just saying bye not begging for LE or anyone to come find her.
I know they was lots of speculation that Kristy said something incriminating in the background but I didn't hear anything did anyone else?

I thought it was hinky how he started out so calmly giving the address and then it was like annnnd action *snap* and the huffing and puffing ensues.

The bedtime part (starting around 3:00) where he goes on about got home late everybody went to bed at 8:30 or 8:00 (blows the timeline? when did KW say she last checked on her?) then he adds we always go to bed at 7:30, which to me flags the lie via the detail embellishment.

The part when the 911 operator asked about any special items missing (around 3:50) and then KW can be heard talking about the PJs she was in being on the floor. Did she actually go check for items? This is the only portion that sounds borderline credible to me.


Misty and Ron were more convincing.

As soon as he said we are usually in bed by 7:30 p.m I rolled my eyes

Web page...it's like an anime scene or something...Have I been hacked? Just checked on my phone and it's not there...just my computer. Also not on my laptop…Guess I'll have to do some investigating on why it's on there.

It's most likely an ad on the forum if it's only on this website and not on any others.

You could ask about it in this section forum. I'm not sure if they have an info thread in there on what info to give, but I would look for a thread like that and at least give the country that you're in:

I don't know a whole lot about what kind of training dispatchers go through but I think they are supposed to remain somewhat "neutral" during calls in order to keep the caller calm so they can get info and also to allow the caller to spontaneously report. IOW, what the caller says could help investigators. JMO so I could be wrong.

I cant say exactly how to change it, but there is an option here, somewhere, that changes the background of the website. I have accidentally done it before and everything looked so different, weird background colors etc....someone here told me how to change it back.

I am not sure what you have to click on though...sorry..

That's what I understood it to mean when I read that article, but because of the way it is worded, I can understand how it could be taken to mean something different.

Thinking back to that televised interview with the Sheriff (the one where we were also confused by if his answer of clothed meant fully clothed or underwear only...didn't he say during that same interview that he knew how she died? (Or am I remembering that inaccurately???). I'm wondering if officials originally thought they knew cause of death because of the state of her body or some injury they saw she had and were equally surprised by the chloroform toxicity findings or if a search of the house early on or digging things up on Earl early on in the investigation had already steered them in the direction or at least already had knowledge of the chloroform belonging to him?

I'm thinking the chloroform is connected to the search they did under the trailer. They were probably looking for disposed rags or even the chemical itself hidden under there. It would be a pretty good place for him to keep it.

I have always believed that Haleigh Cummings was killed by an overdose of drugs by her father as a "babysitter" so he could lock her in the home and go to work.

But she was left at home in the care of his teenage girlfriend, along with her (Haleigh's) little brother. He didn't need to leave her home alone to go to work. I'm not sure how your theory works in this situation.
