Do they really still put asbestos on trailers? Seems like regulations would prevent that by now.

We don't know how old the trailer is, precautionary and probably don't know what exactly they are going to find either.

I was just looking at the poster about missing Mariah, they are listing her hair colour as "brown", all her pictures it looks blonde. The mother also said in her appeal that her hair was brown.

I find this odd or am I reading too much into this?

Edit - wrong link

My daughter has similar hair to Mariah, and my husband and I disagree on the color. I woild describe it as blonde, but he insists it's brown.
My other daughter has light strawberry blonde hair, and he calls it light brown.

I think, especially in young children, hair color can be pretty subjective. Unlike eye color, like in the DeOrr case where he obviously had brown eyes and the parents led people to believe they were blue.

Is this really the first time they have looked under there?

It looks they all in hazmat suits because of asbestos while searching underneath the trailers

Deep breath.

Could little Mariah have been so close all this time? Or, are they pulling out evidence?

Patiently waiting....

I think WTCI ch 12 is really on top of things going in this search. I think they may have significant rumors that they have to confirm with an official source before they can post it.

I assume that LE had to provide probable cause to a judge to get a good warrant to crawl under that house. My opinion only, of course.

Is this different than the search under the trailer? I'm confused!

NEW: A big group that appears to be a search party is leaving the military command unit in front of the house and heading down Dawson Cabin Road as the search for Mariah Woods continues.

I wonder if Mariah’s family is in the house while they search under there. That would be nerve wracking.

They're searching this abandoned house. It seems like they just don't want to leave any stone unturned.

BREAKING: For the first time since this search began, investigators are taping off the grassy area across from the home where Mariah Woods went missing.

Really curious as to why now? I would think that area has been contaminated by all the people there since Mariah was reported missing.

I highly doubt they are in hazmat suits because of possible asbestos.

LE uses these protective suits in case they come into contact with any biological material that can be detrimental to their own health especially in a confined space.

If they suspect Mariah's body may be under the trailer they would know her little body would be emitting toxic gases by now. Police officers have been severely sickened before and overcome from the decomp gases and its even dangerous for them even if their skin comes in contact with any biological material.

I hope and pray she isn't under her home but LE would still fully prepare themselves by wearing hazmat suits just in case until they thoroughly checked it out to be sure.

Its rather common for LE to go back to the beginning when they are having no luck on finding the missing person/s. They will come back to do further searches in the area including the home she went missing from, and surrounding homes.

If something happened to her at the trailer I just don't see anyone keeping her there. My thought is there's something under the trailer that is connected but it's not her.
