It's something like 700 High Hill Rd.

Alligators are prevalent in this area of eastern NC, marshy and swampy inland areas. Much easier to get to than the ocean. The area where her body was found is near a wildlife habitat. Alligators - I will leave it at that!

Goodness y’all. Just because mom and Mariah weren’t in the Thanksgiving photo doesn’t me they weren’t there. Mom may have taken the pic and Mariah may have been sleeping, Mariah may have needed to potty right before the shot and mom took her... Anything. LE has not ask for people who saw them before Sunday so that indicates that they are confident that what happened to Mariah happened Sunday to very early Monday.

wish i had clue why he went there and took not one but two....just a thought maybe to use as something to hide a body in transit until he could dispose of it? no idea....i don't even know what kind of car truck or van he used.

No clue why he took the dressers, personally, I'm more interested in why he was at the abandoned house at that time period. But, thinking perhaps he was at the house for whatever other reason, saw the dressers and decided to use them as storage in the shed? (I believe that's where it was said they were found...?) My family & I have moved a lot & we can get really creative as we're settling into a new place- you use whatever you have available & make it work. Perhaps the dressers are completely unrelated to Mariah other than the timing- they were holding tools, garden equipment, car parts, etc. Just trying to brainstorm.

I thought some of that was odd and it may just be that mom knew it was too late to find Mariah alive, so it was sort of dismissive. I do think there is something with the brown hair tho. That child had blonde hair. Some hang up there.

You know the brown hair thing, it's been debated. Mum dyes her hair blond. I question whether there could have been an element of jealousy.

Goes by Mariah? You'd think she was an adult not a baby! IMO.

I would guess that the dressers were impounded as evidence and have not be released back to the owner yet. Perhaps, as someone suggested, they were part of the items flown to Quantico for analysis by the FBI. In any case, seems to me that now they COULD be sold on ebay for a lot more than they are worth, without even bothering to fix them up. Ghastly, I know,

I did not see a photo of the dressers. However, yesterday I posted a photo of a 3 drawer dresser that could have been similar to a dresser that Kimrey could have carried himself. Discussion at the time was about the heavy weight of a dresser and Kimrey moving them by himself.
