All this talk about the dad not being able to afford to get his kids etc. It’s interesting, but dad has a pretty bad past and due to TOS we will never be able to talk about it. It’s because of this I don’t really put a lot of stock in what he says. I 100 percent think he is genuinely grieving.

I spent nearly a decade doing financial crisis-related white-collar criminal defense. If you could petition to arrest people, every client I ever represented would be serving life in prison. Just because someone is widely hated, unpopular, or suspected of a crime does not mean a prosecutor will have sufficient evidence to arrest them and charge them with a crime.

But legally we all have the right to petition for any crazy reason, correct?

This investigation is far from over so I have faith in LE. They do not have to tell us their game plan and they have their own agenda with out having to get the public's input.

Sure, anyone can start a petition for nearly anything - it's our right to free speech. But stating that someone will be arrested if a petition gets 5000 signatures is just incorrect.

No this is a completely made up internet hoax. You cannot petition to get someone arrested. The only way to arrest someone is to have probable cause in the form of evidence that a crime was committed. And that doesn't include petitions, memes, Facebook posts, chain letters, or calls from the Pope himself.

I would agree. We know nothing about him except he was not involved with Mariah's death and he is a grieving victim of this crime and the loss of his child. We can't make any judgment on the appropriateness of the parenting plan. We know KKW divorced him (or he divorced her). There must have been reasons. Sometimes when you leave a relationship and haven't learned about your patterns, you walk into the same kind of relationship, and sometimes sociopaths choose young mothers bc they are vulnerable and they know they can be an easy target. They charm them and tell them everything they want to hear. Then they turn on them once they have them in their clutches, under their control. Not everyone runs a background check on potential mates - some people are naive and trusting. I really wish people would stop blaming women for the violence of men.

This article states that the dressers were stolen between 11pm and 3:30 am the night she went missing so it does seem to be connected.
Otherwise, I would think the same thing. That is was just a charge to hold him.

I don't read around the web about this case because it's full of crazy people with crazy ideas.

That's why I stick to Websleuths which has rules about what is allowed to be posted. It limits the crazy stuff from being posted and discussed, leaving only serious and factual comments forming the conversation. JMO

Something I find very interesting......on EK's arrest record/warrant it lists the data in columns .....types, dates, descriptions, relationship. On 11/27 is an entry for missing person and under relationship, reporting party. He is the one that called LE to report Mariah missing. I just find this interesting.........
