someone did and provided them to LE.
I saw it too and 9:00 - 9:30 sounds right.

I really wish I had followed my gut and taken screenshots of her page.

Is it a fact that Mariah and mom did not go to Thanksgiving festivities with abuser and the two boys?

No the bio dad in his N Grace interview stated that Mariah and mom went with boyfriend and boys to visit boyfriends family

I really don't recall but 9:30 sounds right. I dismissed it at first bc it was supposedly before Mariah went missing. BUt the fact that she deleted it may indicate Mariah was already gone.
Oh so you mean THAT Sunday, not the one just gone.

Mariah lived in Jacksonville. I have no idea where AW lives.

I thought I read somewhere that he only lived 2 miles away?

Is mom still MIA? If so, where might she be? I know the cops left her go in the trailer for a few minutes but where has she been staying?

The prosecutor has no jurisdiction over child dependency cases. Period. The prosecutor can't compel the state to take children from their homes. CPS has to make he initial decision based on statutory criteria and then a depdnency court either supports or denies their decision within a set period of time.

Divorce court (family court) is different from dependency court cases. In family court, there are sometimes confidential reports that can only be released to an attorney. Sometimes if people don't have counsel the report will be released to them. Other times they can only read it at court. That is more common if it is an emergency report, for example.

In dependency court parents can have their parental rights terminated. Thus they have strict due process rights to all information that goes into that process, including CPS reports.

I don't know how it works in NC but in Illinois, it is the States Attorney who takes the case from CPS (DCFS) and does the court filing for a hearing. In fact, the States Attorney has an office right in the Chicago Domestic Violence Court House.

Ive suggested that from day one almost. Escalating abuse leading to a situation in which she has to be hidden.

Hidden from drs (well child check ups) and dentist checkups were probably not happening. These professionals are mandatory reporters as well so I doubt the kids were seen

Wow, they sealed the 911 call...interesting....anyone seen that before?

No! I'm curious but I think they're doing a great job on this case.

EK’s FB account posted Feb 2015. To me it looks like it could be drugs chopped up on the corner of the table.

I thought for sure that we would see murder charges today.

The article said she got out of the passenger side of the vehicle.

From the article....

The crime scene tape was lifted at the Dawson Cabin Creek home Monday night.

At 5:12 p.m., a white Dodge Durango SUV pulled up to the house and a woman got out of the passenger’s side to an awaiting Onslow County Sheriff’s deputy. They walked to the front door of the home and emerged 10 minutes later before the deputy escorted the woman back to the vehicle.

The woman, who deputies identified as Kristy Woods, covered her head and face with a hooded sweatshirt and would not respond to questions from The Daily News.

Yup I have. Sometimes they're released at a later date though.

I though she just meant on this case. Like it's a new statement.

I want to know who was driving.

Things will progress soon. With all the material leaking out, it is not just a simple case. So many agencies need to coordinate with each other.

They said they returned from Raleigh close to midnight Sunday, but didn't say what day she went. I'm still confused with the suitcase rumour. I haven't heard anything to confirm she was away for Thanksgiving.

Gotcha. Then, yeah, that suspicious looking mess on the corner of the table caught my eye too. I find it remarkable that you also mentioned it.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I understood they were not divorced, just living apart.

According to Onslow County Register of Deeds. The two were married on May 24, 2008 and divorced June 28, 2017, according to the Register of Deeds. The couple was separated for about two years, according to court documents.

Hunter and Kimrey lived together in the Dawson Cabin Road home Mariah was reported missing from. Neighbors say the couple moved in at the home in August, which the landlord confirmed, but documents say the couple previously resided on nearby High Hill Road.

I am confused on what we can and can't post with regard to mom. I thought we could just discuss the video and allegations made in that interview. Is this not correct is mom open to sleuthing including information with regards her time before she was with boyfriend. I am trying hard to stay with in TOS but just confused at this point what I can can't post regarding mom.
