IIRC, they said prolly tomorrow -- and the judge will have the jury come in at 10:30am tomorrow IF it is tomorrow -- we'll find out for sure when the judge tells the jury -- maybe at lunch?

I know the defense has to do this -- especially in a tuff case like this, but they really do get nit-picky and minutiae-crazy at times. Ho-hum....
