Interesting, so Sarah Redden has not been offered a plea deal. I thought she had.


Sarah Rene Redden, of Wake Forest, is also charged in the case. She admitted to being the getaway driver.
Redden has not been offered a plea deal and is still expected to testify. The judge will review her statements and question her before she gets in front of a jury. Redden's defense attorney, Rosemary Godwin, said Redden wasn't inside the apartment when Huggins-Jones was killed.

Hmmmmm - Recessing for day. Judge did not mention them coming in late tomorrow, so don't know when they will have voir dire. Discussing it now.

The prosecution said they will have Anthony's gf Amber Alberts testify tomorrow which could be lengthy, then 2 witnesses, then Redden. Defense asked if the jury would be sent home after lunch for voir dire. Judge said they'll figure it out when the time comes.

How did cops find McCullum since he was a no-show for the meeting with Det Morse at Walmart? How did they find his residence? I must have missed that part.
