:cheer:Chelly,:tyou: for all your:loveyou: amazing tweets -:cheer:- I guess if it is a "suppression" hearing, then all doors are closed. I've never seen that before WRT a witness voir dire. Judge Ridgeway is really trying to do all things by the book and I'm certainly okay with that.:blowkiss:
From the little bit that Ed Crump (and you) reported, this may be a tuff one. But the crux of this thing, IMO is that
Travion Smith was there. He didn't run away and call LE or 911. He did indeed, IMO, act in concert with Anthony, so he is in it up to his eyeballs. Period.
I don't think I could vote for the DP on this one, however, but then I think about that sweet, trusting and unsuspecting little 8 year-old child walking out there and seeing her mom in a pool of blood. Thank heaven that the construction worker was there and treated her with love and gentleness. And thank heaven that she didn't hear anything.
It had to be quite a struggle between whoever and Melissa -- I feel sure she didn't go down easily since she had so much for which she had to live and fight. Her new page in life. Oh, how sad. And so many people will never get over it & never be the same. We lost a good one.
Anyway, thanks for being such a good Tweety Bird!
