Yeppers, the prosecution is still presenting evidence. I have no idea, of course, how many other people will be called to give testimony. I assume they will call the M.E. to graphically describe Melissa's injuries and cause of death -- they always do. It's a necessary part of it, as we all know -- at least to show that she didn't die of something natural, accidental or suicidal. They've got to prove that the COD was indeed a homicide. They will prolly call CCBI folks, too. This trial was estimated to run for about a month.

I'm glad you're following this - - it doesn't look like that many folks are... They must be viewing another one.

I watch/listen while I am at work, but I can't double down and try to post too here at WS, lol.
I am happy to get away with just being able to follow a trial AND get some work done :happydance:

I still miss things because people have the nerve to TALK to me :notgood:

I was amused with Mr. Vumpers today, talk about someone who did NOT want to be in court testifying!

Yessirre - Mr. Bumpers was cooperative enuff, I guess -- he has no dog in this race -- but he did, I'm sure, get a subpoena, so he had to be there. He seemed a bit sleepy... But he did all right -- he id'd Anthony, thus another point in favor of the defense argument, i.e., it was Anthony, not Smith; it was Anthony, not Smith, once more, again, aufs Neue, encore, de nuevo, vider, and ad nauseam. [He was there, he was there, he was there, dammit]. Grrrrr.
Travion's :turkey: is slowly cookin'.

But Bumpers was kinda fun to watch. We see/hear all kinds, don't we?!
He came, IMO he told the truth, he left. Quickly.
