Good morning! Waiting again. Friday verdicts aren't especially uncommon, especially preceding a holiday. Let's hope the jury is hard at work and being wise and judicious.

Well I DO like to paint....but better finish mine before tackling yours....LOL. Lucky you, a full remodel. My house is only six years old but I like to keep things fresh and I'll turn 70 in another year or so. So this may be the last chance I can do this chore myself.

Mine is over 100 yrs old and the kitchen actually had those horrid pink tiles that are laminate? I painted over them white and that took care of that. I know that removing them may be more trouble than it's worth as in the living room there were about 10 layers of wallpaper, and I'm not going thru that again! Scored it until my hands were raw...I did one room and the living room eventually got paneled. I hate it and want to re do it.

We just did our bath; which was a root cellar at one time. I've been soaking every day now in my pedestal tub and telling everyone: SEND ME BUBBLEBATH!! Am so glad that the medicine I take seems to kill both cold and flu virus. It is the strangest thing. I will "start" to get the flu and bad, it knocks me down but then 48 hours later, I WIN the viri cannot live in my body or in my blood. HAHA! :blushing:
WAT has the live feed up for the magnum trial but it is the blue screen says DELIBERATING. I will post if they go live.

If I was young again, I'd love to have an old house like yours to play with. I'm too anal to let others paint with me or for me. Gotta do it myself, as long as I am able. Years ago when I was painting a ceiling, my father-in-law stopped by and watched for a while. He shook his head and said: "You're not painting the Sistine Chapel there girl". Guess he thought I was a fussy painter.:floorlaugh:

Would be if I'd stop missing stitches and have to redo the work. arg I think I'd rather be painting, I'm like Eldon on Murphy Brown, I could live just repainting rooms better and and more inventive each time. lol

Geevee, Thanks so much for keeping us updated with the tweets. Don't have time to got looking for status. If I don't stay standing up, I'll never get this project finished.

Wonder if the jury is stuck on decision between Second Degree and Manslaughter?

That is hilarious! I love it! I'm the same; I want them to come and help me but if they did; they'd just drink all my coffee and goods; and stand there while I did all the work! hehe. :blushing:

Can ya all believe we are 7 hours in? I think this may result in a not guilty verdict.
I'm serious. They were fighting and she is claiming self defense. I love this prosecutor but your case is your case, your evidence is what it is....and i'm just not sure in this case.
I'm off the fence, she could have and DID walk out several times during said attack...she had many moments to "stand down" as I call it; or as Cherry da Grey says, STEP OFF; I feel she had many moments to do so and instead chose to harm, maime and kill.

Is the jury struggling with the self defense issue and the fight? I'm 100% they are. IMO

I hope the jury hasn't split, but it's not been that long I suppose. I do expect a verdict before the day is out though.
