A 34-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman in North Carolina are facing possible life sentences for allegedly killing their newborn daughter through severe physical abuse, malnourishment, and untreated pneumonia. Nickolas Shane Stephenson and Diandra Fuhr-Farlow are both behind bars on charges of first-degree murder and intentional child abuse resulting in serious bodily injury in the death of Riley Leshae Hannah Stephenson, records reviewed by Law&Crime show.
