I am so sorry teonspaleprincess. This is just awful. Dealing with a death is hard enough but add murder into the mix and it is almost too much to handle for the loved ones.

I am SO sorry teonspaleprincess- You certainly have had a lot to deal with lately- I hope you have a strong support system/family to help you get thru even the latest castastrophe.
Bobby sounded like a wonderful person that will be greatly missed! It sounds like maybe there were quite a few young kids arrested. I don't recall seeing his age, but it sounds like he was at least older than the 17-20 yr olds arrested for his murder. Do you think drugs were involved, or some other type of illegal activity? Could he have had a child that had all of these yound kids over and things got out of hand?

Bobby was 28, but a lot of the younger people in the neighborhood hung out with him because they looked up to him. From what I know from talking to him, he was well off financially and I am sure that the kids from his neighborhood knew that. I have been searching the net and trying to get in touch with his sister to see if there are any new answers as to the motive, but haven't found anything. His murder has been on the back burner in the news because of all the military women being killed the last few months.

I have also been looking for some news on him- He was young- I hope robbery wasnt a motive- One good thing princess, a lot of people were arrested in this case, which sounds like lots of evidence, witnesses,etc. Its unfortunate that he was killed, but thankfully they have quite a few people held accountable for his death. :woohoo:
BTW- Is NCIS handling this? I forgot from the first article. :waitasec:

Yes, Bobby grew up in Franklinton. We went to school together there. His sister is Alice, Linda is his mother. I called what I think is her home phone, but I did not get an answer. I don't know what proper etiquette is in a situation like this. I am sure that they are receiving tons of calls from people asking if they know anything yet. I don't know if I should give them more time to grieve or try calling again.

Thank you Meow.Police are calling it a "home invasion" so I assume they think robbery was the motive. So far nothing else has come to light. I left a message for his family on the online guestbook for his obituary and it has my contact information. I hope that I hear from them soon.

Oh wow Teon, I had no idea. I'm sorry for the loss of your friend. It is really is quite sad that he had survived the monster that is cancer and the blod clots only to be murdered by these monsters.

Glad they caught them- the rest, if any, will be caught soon also- they are VERY young to pull off such a violent crime IMO. Again, my condelences. Thank you for putting a face to his name- May he rest in peace- :heart:
