Arteaga-Rodriguez drives a black 2014 Ford LGT pickup truck with a North Carolina temporary tag 24372575. He is described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds with brown eyes and black/gray short-cut hair. He was last seen wearing blue shorts, a gray T-shirt and black sandals.
