I followed Shaniya's case at the very beginning - right through hoping she was going to be found alive, the video, then when they found her precious little body. It was the most intense moments I have ever experienced on WS - and then to find out what had happened to her...:cry:

ITA. Shaniya's image on that video will haunt me for the rest of my life. We were so hopeful when the tape was released, even though her sweet face looked so sad, and we knew her little body was probably bruised and violated. Still, she was alive. There was hope. Then to find out afterward that by the time we viewed the images it was already too late... it was too much. I had to turn away, too. I'll be around for the trials, though, no matter how upsetting the evidence might be because I know many of you will be lined up beside me in spirit, standing up for Shaniyah in that courtroom.

Worse yet- the distance from the hotel to where she was dumped- combined with her change in clothing (or should I say, lack of certain clothing) during that time frame- is not very far.

Did he hurt her again? After leaving?

I'm glad it's coming up but does it HAVE to start on my DD's birthday???

Oh well. It's one more step toward justice for Shaniya. Im ready!

Remind me as we get a little closer to Oct 31st, to start a new thread in Trials for everybody to follow. This one is getting a little long, but as we are coming up on the start of trial, I'll let it go for now and open a new thread in a week or so.

Also let's be careful with name calling of both AD & MAM. I fully understand the sentiment and have a few choice names of my own, but like you, I am not allowed to post them in the open threads.

As we move forward, let's everybody agree that these two whatever they are, are to be called AD & MAM only.

That means no egg donor, , monster, things like that. Maybe we can makeup something for AD & MAM - BUT NOT ON THE THREAD, please use the PM or Visitor Message features for that (and don't forget to share )

You know, that is one of the things that has just slayed me- and continues to, and will never NOT.
It's the "I'm supposed to trust you... and I do... but I am really hurting... and it's because of you...I am so confused... and I don't feel very good...can you help me?"
Truly haunts me. I can't explain- no words.

OMG!! I had no idea that this picture/film was taken AFTER he had taken her into the hotel room!!! Are we sure that this was after he had done whatever it was that he did?? This just really shatters me to the bone. OMG!

When that video was released it was stated to be MAM and Shaniya arriving at the hotel. At the time it was reported that LE also had video of MAM and Shaniya leaving the hotel and that Shaniya was still alive when they left. I remember feeling so hopeful that she was still alive but so frightened about the condition she may have been in, that the pictures were not released.

This case continues to kill me. When I read the article a week or so ago that AD sold Shaniya for a $200.00 drug debt I just wept and wept. MAM wanted AD for sex, but she refused and handed over her baby instead. How could she??? How could he??? These two have cut something out of my soul. That precious, beautiful baby girl was only worth $200 to the woman who carried her under her heart and MAM...well let's just say I hope he gets his for eternity too.

I may not be able to post about it, but I will be here to see our baby girl get justice.

Shaniya just keep spreading those beautiful wings of yours and fly with the angels baby. We are here for you and precious girl there isn't enough money/drugs/gold on this planet for any of us to give up on you.

Maybe we could have a support thread down stairs where things could be loosened up just a little during the trial? If not, I completely understand... I'm having a hard time figuring out how any of us are going to get through this one. Everything about this case (spoken about or not) is wrong on every level.

Mario McNeill and Antoinette Davis are truly worthless scumbags. They make Casey Anthony look like a saint and they are all sleazebags. Only Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, and Osama bin Laden are worse. They deserve each other. :furious:

This is the first time I have heard the amount AD traded her daughter's life for. $200!!!!! Are you fricken kidding me???? $200??????

Oh, and it's the first I've heard about AD admitting what she did.

I am thankful they are not seeking the DP for AD. As much as I would love to see her die for her crimes, I do not think a jury would convict with the DP on the table for AD because she didn't "physically" kill Shaniya herself. Her defense will say she did not know MAM was going to kill her. So, I do not think AD would ever receive the DP. Life in prison will work for me for AD. Even though I feel she deserves death.

As far as MAM goes, I'd love to be the one injecting poison in his body.

Actually as strange as it may seem to some people, I hold the mother more responsible for Shaniya's rape and murder than the (PERSON) she handed her daughter over to. She was her mother FGS and was suppose to love and protect her. She should die as well as this (PERSON). She is worse than he is.
