Sidney Rae Hinds (with “Rae” being the name he goes by) was last seen wearing a black
shirt, black Adidas shoes, black socks, black shorts, and a black hat.

Detectives have been actively searching for Sidney Rae Hinds since he was reported
missing. They are requesting the public’s assistance in generating additional leads on his
whereabouts.
If anyone has information concerning the whereabouts of Sidney Rae Hinds, they are asked
to contact Detective S. Warren at 910-850-4122.

His Mom has a plea to look for him on Facebook but I couldn't find any news articles about the disappearance. He has no court records in his state of residence, no social media accounts under his name (a lot of people don't use their full or legal name on social media though).

With the spelling of his name corrected in the thread, I was able to find some records in North Carolina for a Sidney Rae Hinds III. However it’s NOT the missing Sidney Rae Hinds based on the dates for this same individual which go back to 1985 when the missing man was likely not yet born. I'm guessing this is the father.

Case No. 99CVD007120-250 non criminal 1999 The missing Sidney Rae would have been a 14 years old at the time.

Case No. 11CR726055-250 2011 (minor vehicular) same person as the charges in 1985 and 1999

Case No. 91CR034784-250 ditto

Case No. 85CR056382-250 minor vehicular 1985
In SOUTH Carolina, Horry County there's a record for a Sidney Ray Hinds IV - as Truthfinder found. Case No. 262061466 - Ordinance / Public Intoxication/Impairment He pled guilty and was given jail time served 2008. The court was showing his address at the time of arrest as 1141 Peace Pipe Pl Unit 201 Myrtle Beach SC 29579-8381

I didn't search any other counties in S.C. as the database is for a county by county search (very time consuming) as opposed to a statewide search in one click of all counties that the North Carolina judicial system offers. Georgia requires you to be an attorney or legal proxy to view most county records.
