One more thing . . . I noticed that Tricia has posted info up-thread about her radio show this Thursday night and she will have Heather Moore of Time Warner Cable (TWC) as her guest to discuss the Jonathan Richardson trial.

I will tune in. If you've never listened to any of Tricia's radio shows on Blog Talk Radio and now iHeartRadio, please try to listen to it "live" or later at your convenience (archived).

In my opinion, Tricia does a great job of interviewing guests. Also, over the years, Tricia has brought awareness to many cases where there was no media coverage and/or continued media coverage.

In the past, by listening to Tricia's Blog Talk Radio Show on Sunday's, I learned of many cases (out of state) that I was unaware of.

Tricia, thanking you in advance for having Heather Moore (who has been attending Richardson's trial, tweeting from the court house and reporting daily about the trial) as your guest.

I look forward to Thursday night!

(partial O/T)

I am encouraged by a sentence in a totally unrelated trial held in Hillsboro, NC (Orange County) where a ~man~ was given 3 sentences for rape (two women, three incidents -- he went back to one woman's residence and raped her again, grrrr). Anyway, the Judge told the convicted rapist that he was structuring the sentences (the judge's discretion in NC) so that the man would never get out of jail. This happened yesterday. Total time 138 years. Hooray for Judge Allen Baddour!! (He was also the judge in the Eve Carson murder case.)

This is just to say that NC judges -- as do many judges in many states -- do have discretion in structuring sentences as to "concurrent" or "consecutive." That may come into play here, regardless of whether the DP is handed down or not. Let's think positively folks for justice for little Teghan and those who really & truly loved her.

It looks like we have a couple of journalists tweeting the trial today, so hopefully we'll get more info than we did yesterday.

Hmmmmm, by the remarks above from Reyes, whether she realizes it or not, she is placing her relationship with JR above the one with her daughter, IMO. A sort of "whatever it takes, I want to be with you," kind of thing (not an actual quote, but that's what it implies to me).

Jonathan Douglas Richardson, right, waits March 4, 2014, with one of his defense attorneys, Mike Klinkosum,
in a Johnston County courtroom, where he is on trial for the July 19, 2010, death of 4-year-old Teghan Skiba.

I didn't know his defense lawyer was the same that Jason Young had??? And we see how well that turned out. I know someone has to defend him but how does this man sleep at night?

Don't they ALWAYS put their own wants above those of their children. :banghead: Teghan had a grandma & grandpa who adored her. Could Reyes simply leave her child with them and go on to the 'love of her life'? No, she had to drag her child into the hands of a 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 abuser. Without Teghan, JR probably wouldn't have wanted anything to do with Reyes. He wanted to have his little plaything/punching bag to torture.
